Efficient shipping at a very reasonable cost.
Online store easy to navigate. I particularly liked that my shopping cart didn't time out and was saved as I kept coming back to it, adding and modifying it for several days. At that point, I did not have an account, I just kept the tab open on my desktop.

This was the first time I used BEBC and everything went just fine - the people were helpful on the phone, a nice discount was offered on the books (Cambridge Complete Advanced) and, although they had to order them, the books arrived around the date promised by BEBC. They sent me the wrong online book…
They sent me the wrong code. My purchase was for an online book "with answers", but the online book indicates "without answers". It does not have the answers within the same virtual book. I did not request answers apart from or outside of the virtual book.
On the website, I purchased the book B1 Preliminary for Schools Trainer 1 *DIGITAL* Student's eBook "with Answers" **ONLINE ACCESS CODE ONLY** with the ISBN code: 9781009232098.
Category: eBooks - Exams - Cambridge English: Preliminary (PET)
Status: E BOOK
Please, I request to send the correct code of the online book "with answers" in the same online book and not outside of it.
The Ebook must be: B1 Preliminary for Schools Trainer, Six practice tests "with Answers", Second edition 1.
