Swift & helpful service when ordering textbook
I called to bookshop for help with ordering a textbook for my Spanish class. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised how quickly my order was dispatched, and that I was given tracking information about this too. The product arrived in two days, very well packaged and in good condition. Great experience and I will recommend to others at my language school - definitely beats shopping with the impersonal online giants!
