Exactly as described
We ordered a frame for a degree certificate. It arrived very quickly and was extremely well packaged. The frame was exactly as seen on the website and it came with clear instructions for inserting the certificate.
The certificate now looks fantastic inside the coloured mount in the frame.

Damaged product and poor customer service
Unfortunately the glass in my frame had been smashed during transit - the cardboard had been damaged, and the packaging inside had been entirely insufficient - only a few foam bits, but no protective wrapping around the frame itself. I immediately sent photographs to Beaver Frames, and explained that (because I needed to give the frame as a gift the next day) I would have to replace the glass myself at considerable cost and inconvenience. I asked what compensation could be provided and, despite an exchange of emails, was given only £5 compensation. I was disappointed with both the product and customer service.

Thank you for your review. We take all of our reviews very seriously as we pride ourselves on our customer service. All of our products are shipped with the same level of packaging, and whilst we have the occasional damage in transit, the vast majority of our frames are delivered without problem. In instances where frames are broken in transit, we happily replace the whole frame, including the glass. For customers who take matters into their own hands and get their frame re-glazed without our prior approval, we will only refund our cost of the glass plus a small amount for the inconvenience.
I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

Great product, slow delivery.
Great product, and great price. However, marked down by the fact it arrived 6 days late. Not sure if this was done to the seller or FedEx but disappointing non the less. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush for the item.

Thank you for your review. I have looked at your order and can confirm this was dispatched the day after your order was placed. I have approached our courier to make comment, and they have shown GPS tracking for several delivery attempts prior to the actual delivery.

The photos don't do the frames justice, they are nicer in person, good quality and look like you've had your things professionally framed, worth every penny and delivered quickly

Great product even better service
I initially ordered a frame unfortunately it had been slightly damaged during transit. I can tell you no fault of themselves as they package it very carefully to minimise the risk as much as possible however accidents still happen. I contacted them by email, and I then got a reply first thing the next morning apologising that a replacement had been dispatched immediately. I received this the very next day. Couldn't ask for any better and the frame itself is great quality. Fantastic company. Will be buying from them again the next time I need a frame.
