Beaverbrooks - Trafford Centre Anmeldelser

Honest, informed and caring sales assistant that made our experience feel personal and special.

Great experience and the team in store were very helpful and knowledgeable

Really liked the experience, I was offered a seat and drink it felt very luxury

Had a lovely experience picking our wedding rings at Beaverbrooks in The Trafford Centre. We didn't want anything too expensive as I'm a little bit clumsy!
Michelle B was extremely helpful, took her time measuring our ring sizes to ensure they wouldn't fall off, was very knowledgeable and helped pick out a ring that suited and worked well with my engagement ring.

When we went to pick up our rings the staff were very friendly and helpful. Both visits we felt welcomed, we were greeted and seated immediately.

Ruth gave us an amazing experience. She was very polite, professional and very easy to communicate with. She bought us a few different designs after her original knowledge choice. It was very clear she knows her job well as her first choice of Bridal ring was perfect and is what I did purchase. My partners ring was what he chose. Rings were there to collect less than 24hgours later.

Great customer service, very accomadating even though we were a large group

Staff member was friendly, no pressure but knowledgable

Made to feel welcome. Even though we were only visiting to have a few links removed on my new Tag watch we were offered a glass of champagne.

I rarely write reviews , but I have to say my visit to the Trafford centre on 27th September 2026 was exceptional. My wife wanted me to pick an omega watch for my 50th birthday and I have to say that Dale & Angela were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they very patiently allowed me to try on about 6 different ones without rushing or pressuring us. They made us feel very welcome offering us drinks for ourselves and our 2 children . Both were very knowledgeable regarding the items which is what I wanted when spending a lot of money . Would definitely use them again for any future purchases and would have no hesitation in recommending Beaverbrooks and their excellent customer service

I have had a Panerai for many years and had to replace the strap on two occasions. First time I went direct to Panerai, I tried them the second time but they were unable to ship the particular strap to the UK. I tried Beaverbrooks in the Trafford Centre Manchester and they were able to acquire the exact strap themselves from Panerai and whilst the delivery took a while it was inside the timeframe first indicated to me. The service at the store was excellent I would not hesitate to use Beaverbrooks again.

Picked up my new watch, very helpful staff, spent time getting the bracelet adjustment right, good price and an enjoyable shopping experience.
