The customer service here is absolutely…
The customer service here is absolutely fantastic especially from the lovely lady Diana that looked after us. She made our son’s 18th birthday a special event when we came to get his gifts she even put up 18 birthday balloon for him.

GREAT STORE, GREAT STAFFI…
Excellent service from the moment I entered the store. Very welcoming and a glass of fizz to boot. I explained what I was interested in, treated very well and became the proud owner of my BB Pro.

Monica was great, very professional and attentive. All the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome and relaxed.

Mixed feelings....
The catch on my watch strap was damaged when I fell off my bike. Beaverbrooks said the whole strap would have to be replaced. The catch was slightly bent, not broken at all so I'm surprised it couldn't be repaired at moderate cost. The replacement strap, from the Swiss watchmaker, cost £215 so I feel a bit stung. It took 6 weeks to arrive, which I appreciate was entirely down to sloth on the part of the watchmaker.
That said, I was made to feel welcome by Beaverbrooks' personnel (Charleigh) and treated courteously.
