I reserved my order so that I could have a look at what I was buying first, I was welcomed by Ruby at the store and asked if I wanted a drink while I was waiting, she quickly returned with my order for me to look at a pair of earrings for my girlfriend, I decided to buy them once I had seen them.

The staff were very attentive, polite and professional. They had to order my watch as they didn't have one on the premises and it arrived when they said it would. The atmosphere was very relaxed, the personal service was brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again and would recommend them to family and friends.
