Custmer service from staff was great Spent quiet alot of money but i am really pleased

Phil and Anna at TAG white rose we excellent. So much so, I ended up going in for one watch and coming out with two - but never was it pushy or pressured. Hopefully be back at Beaverbrooks before Xmas for my sons present.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff

The friendliness of Gillian and Dianne.
Especially Dianne we were remembering the Merrie England coffee shop at Oakes and the old Beaverbrookes in town.

Great service, good communication, friendly people and an overall lovely purchase experience

Nice to have a refreshment during purchase

Lovely conversation with the sales women. Got taken into a backroom and had a free drink while I looked at the items I enquired about.

Staff pleasant and very helpful

We was made very welcome. The lady who served us.was lovely. Asked us if we would like a cuppa. And she was very helpful. With what we was looking for. And wrapped it up beautifully.

A great shopping experience, sat comfortable whilst the assistant brought anything through you wished to view.

The Gucci bracelet was of amazing quality, and I even got blue light discount.
Would highly recommend Beaverbrooks, a great service.

My beaverbrookes experience was a very enjoyable one the lady who served me was friendly helpful and very pleasant I am truly happy with my purchase and the service I rec’d thankyou

As always the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent service as always hence why I only buy gifts from here.

Emily was such a breath of fresh air . Enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. I was buying 2 gifts 1 watch was for my husband so that was quite easy, but the other was for a retirement gift which was a little more difficult. Emily was full of ideas in the price range I had. Well done

Amazing customer service from extremely helpful and friendly staff. Thank you
