My Wife lost an earring, fortunately we had taken out there insurance. They were replaced within a week. Staff at the Cambridge branch were excellent. Highly recommend.

A great experience
Our recent visit to Beaverbrooks in Cambridge was a really nice experience. The staff welcomed us into the store and were very friendly. Sola offered hot drinks and spent a long time helping us choose an eternity ring. She was knowledgeable and engaging, and made a real effort to make our visit enjoyable. We went back 2 weeks later (no appointment) to collect the ring and she remembered our names instantly. Very impressed!

Sola and the rest of the team who supported me over the few times I came in were all amazing!
I went to several Jewellery stores but Sola was the only person to actively seek me out to offer support. She was very patient and made all the difference.

My Wife lost an earring
My Wife lost an earring, fortunately we had taken out there insurance. They were replaced within a week.
Staff at the Cambridge branch were excellent.
Highly recommend.
