So far so good! Impressed to date with process from order to delivery, speedy delivery within a couple of days! Only been using a couple of days, so early days, product packaging excellent, simple straight forward instructions. A little noisy on vibration mode, but hopefully will get used to it. Hoping to see a “new me” in a week or so! 🤞🤞

I am loving my latest purchase from Beautaholics. GloLift eyez is very easy to use and after two weeks, there is a difference already. Beautaholics are there for you in every which way if you have any questions. Very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Absolutely unacceptable. I purchased this dryer, which developed a fault. The replacement unit sent was also faulty. Despite my clear statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customer service refused a refund and insisted I accept yet another replacement.
This has wasted a huge amount of my time, effort, and money. Repeated failure of the product, combined with poor customer service, makes this a product I cannot recommend under any circumstances.

I found the customer service responded quickly to my queries regarding the product.
The website was easy to use and the delivery time good.

Royal Mail delivery was late but not fault of Beautaholics. The hair dryer was excellent, easy to use, lightweight and just what was wanted. Highly recommended

Fast delivery. Lovely package. I'm a hairdresser & needed a lighter hairdryer as shoulders are suffering. This is half the weight of my other dryer. At first I thought, this feels weird but now getting used to it. Noise is quieter on soft setting but noisier on high power which I was hoping would be a bit quieter. But overall I love it.

I needed a very light hairdryer so googled 'light hairdryer' and this company was one of the results. I ordered the hairdryer as it weighs only 380 grams. Delivery was very quick (even though there was bank holiday in between) and although I haven't yet used the hairdryer, I have tested it and it is so light! Hopefully no more shaking wrists due to the weight 😅

I have MS and wanted a light weight hairdryer but I was concerned it wouldn’t be powerful enough but I am very impressed at the Glamlight ultra. I didn’t need to worry. It’s powerful and very lightweight so drying my hair is now so much easier. It looks great as well

I ordered the Glo-Lift Red LED Glasses a couple of months ago. Gradually, over a few weeks, the right hand side of the glasses didn’t seem effective, however.. I put this down to maybe not having enough Serum? Then…. I turned them on and they had broken down completely. The red light was on but there was no ‘tingle’ effect at all. I politely emailed Customer Services to advise them but after 2 days of not hearing I re-sent the email. These were an expensive piece of kit and mine was stuck on my unit doing nothing! They emailed back to the second email to say that I’m ‘clogging’ the system up by re-sending? And basically saying to ring Customer Services or just wait?! So they can send an email asking me not to email when that email could of answered my query anyway? Bizarre? Anyway I’m waiting patiently Beautaholics? Thing is. If this was an order they would of been more interested.

Recieved order timely however 2 items were missing. I contacted customer service, who responded swiftly asking for clarification of the postage weight/ packaging. They replied instantly agreeing the 2 items were mistakenly not delivered and they would be with me in 24 hours. Superb speedy customer service.
Lightweight hairdryer purchased is of a high standard and great value for money.

Excellent service, was kept informed by email regarding delivery ( very quick ). Will definitely order again.

Wow what can i say ...ive just upgraded my prevouis hairdyer from glamlight pro to the black glam pro.. and i love it ..it gave hair full volume and style stayed in all evening without added holding products ..and there customer service is the best .. if i could give more stars i would ..

My hair is thick and I was reluctant at first because not even a Dyson hair dryer can do it nicely but OMG I was so wrong! Your Beautaholics hairdryer is so light and not only does it dry my hair it makes it soo soft!!
