Beau Gems Anmeldelser

Excellent purchase from start to finish . Very personal , helpful and professional service along the way. Highly recommend and will buy again in the future.

Having purchased a high end watch, from Spencer, in the past, I knew exactly where to go when my other half took at fancy to an exquisite dress ring, on the website.

Nothing was too much trouble. Patiently waiting for the lady to have the correct ring size. Resized , at no additional cost. Despatched, and received, with consummate ease. Cannot thank Spencer, and his company, enough. Highly recommended, an understatement.

Regards,

Anthony.

Very Knowledgable, very quick to respond to initial enquiry and follow up questions. Also a great team and just very nice people to deal with! Trust them completely with their knowledge of the pre-owned watch market and can highly recommend.

It’s been 20 years since we’ve visited.

When we were courting we were working in the city and would pop in on our lunch break.

Now, 20 years later, we are married, have two boys and we came back to celebrate my wife’s 50th.

Nothing has changed. Top quality jewellery. Patient, helpful attentive staff.

Fantastic. So glad to have rediscovered Beau Gems.

We won’t wait another 20 years to come back.

Spencer was a consummate professional throughout and my wife was delighted with the ring.

Had been promising myself (when possible) I'd treat myself to a Rolex watch, so, recommended to me by a friend I used this jewellers in the lovely Leadenhall Market area.
Spencer and Michael are both lovely guys, very genuine, non pushy and helpful.
I'm over the moon with my watch and would, without a doubt, recommend this place to anyone, lovely jewellery as well as watches.

I bought a beautiful second-hand JLC from Beau Gems and both Spencer and Mike provided a top-notch service, really going the extra mile with one of my requests. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back!

My second high value purchase from Beau Gems and excellent service again - when you buy certain things you buy the vendor as much as the item and that's why I would go back again.

Fantastic service from Spencer.
Very helpful and knowledgeable.
I will definitely use Beau Gems again

Beau Gems were recommended to me by a friend and their service went above and beyond my expectations. If you are interested in buying a watch from a professional independent jeweller, then look no further.

I purchased a watch described as very good and it was mint . And the delivery was super fast .

Found the ring I described, perfect. Sized and delivered in a short time frame for a 30th wedding anniversary for the wife.

Thank you
Ray

Absolute pleasure to deal with and the end result of a bespoke engagement ring was truly incredible, would 100% recommend

First time I used but was well recommended by a trusted source. They did not disappoint. The expert advice coupled with the obvious years of experience of the owners meant that I felt valued and looked after.

I will be back !

Absolutely brilliant, courteous, professional and knowledgable. Recommend highly.

As always, fantastic and attentive service. Seriously high quality products and will always return.

I absolutely love my eternity ring. Spencer listened to the ideas I had and had a ring made exactly to match what was in my head. It’s so beautiful. Spencer and his dad are lovely, really kind and calm. Such a great experience.

I’ve purchased several watches from Beau Gems over the past +10 years, and I’m always impressed with how professional and personable they are.

I recently contacted them to source a Mk.I Rolex SD43, which was available within two days exactly as requested.

I look forward to many more trips to Leadenhall for a catch-up with Spencer and Michael, hopefully with the odd watch purchase here and there!

Always recommended, thank you

Top service from start to finish. Highly recommend.
