Primo Diamonds Anmeldelser

Even though we are already married, I was quite anxious about this journey. I basically wanted to upgrade my ring to a bigger and more stylish one. After getting in touch with various places, including some well-known chains, I was starting to lose hope of finding the right jeweler. The huge price discrepancies between stores only confused me more. I eventually found Primo Diamond with the help of AI, and after reading their reviews on Google and Trustpilot, I decided to give them a chance. Francesco was absolutely brilliant and professional in explaining the entire process, the specs of lab-grown diamonds, and everything else. He patiently answered all the questions I had, too. I am really happy with my choice and the wonderful experience he provided. Highly recommended!!

I honestly can’t recommend Francesco and the team enough. They went above and beyond from start to finish to make sure I got the right ring, with the alterations and finishing completed to an excellent standard and within an incredibly good timeframe

I’d previously had a really bad experience with another jeweller, which had honestly put me off the whole process of purchasing an engagement ring. Francesco completely restored my faith and made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

The ring itself is absolutely stunning. The shape is perfect, and the finishing and attention to detail are of an exceptional standard. You can genuinely see the care and craftsmanship that has gone into it.

Thank you again Francesco for all your help and for going the extra mile. I couldn’t be happier with the final result!

5 star service again from Francesco we returned back to him for our wedding bands and he really couldn’t do enough for us. His work is exceptional and customer service is spot on thanks again mate

Buying an engagement ring was completely new to me, and I honestly had no idea where to start. I knew very little about diamonds, the 4 Cs, or what I should be looking for, so finding someone knowledgeable and trustworthy to guide me through the process was incredibly important.

From the very beginning, Francesco was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and was always patient with my questions. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. Instead, I felt supported and guided throughout the entire process.

What really stood out was how available he was. Whether it was a quick WhatsApp message or arranging a Teams call to talk through ideas and answer questions, he was always happy to help. His knowledge and advice gave me the confidence to make decisions that I otherwise would have struggled with.

My partner had always wanted a trilogy engagement ring, so it was important to me that I got it right. Francesco took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped bring that vision to life. The final ring was exactly what I had hoped for, and the quality and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations.

The best part of all was my partner’s reaction. She absolutely loves the ring and was genuinely blown away by it. In fact, she said it was even more beautiful than she had imagined. Seeing how happy it made her confirmed that I had made the right choice in working with Primo Diamonds.

I can’t thank Francesco enough for making what felt like a daunting process so straightforward and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy and genuinely invested in helping you create the perfect ring, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Primo Diamonds.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Primo Diamonds, and the experience was outstanding. I spoke with Francesco on the phone and then had a free consultation. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. He guided me in choosing the best stone, explained where the diamonds come from, and showed me the GIA certification inscription. He also recommended a platinum band, which I went with. Within four weeks, Francesco updated me via WhatsApp that the ring was ready. My fiancée absolutely loves it, and I can’t thank Francesco enough – truly a diamond wizard. Highly recommend Primo Diamonds for anyone looking for top-notch service and quality.

I bought our diamond engagement ring from Primo, and the experience was exceptional. Francesco was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. I wasn’t familiar with the diamond market, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me choose the perfect ring based on my goals and budget. What I appreciated most is that you’re not treated like a typical mass retail customer; the service feels specialized, personalized, and truly tailored to you. His transparency and expertise made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Francesco and Primo to anyone looking for quality and outstanding service.

I had a custom engagement ring designed with Primo Diamonds and the whole experience was flawless.
Francesco, the owner, was incredible to work with - super communicative, genuinely helpful, and extremely flexible throughout the design process. He gave me great options, offered smart suggestions, and wasn’t afraid to counter a few of my ideas when something better was possible. That level of honesty and craftsmanship is rare.

The final result was exactly what I wanted - and better than what I imagined.
I’d 100% work with Primo Diamonds again and recommend them to anyone looking to buy or design jewellery. Truly a 10/10 experience.

service was first class explaining everything in detail we would definitely recommend Primo diamonds to family and friends.

Overall my experience was fantastic!

I had a really good chat with Francesco and he offered a great service from start to finish.

I shared some images of the engagement rings I had saved on my phone. He was able to find a design which nearly matched one of the images. We went through sizes discussed the choice of stone/diamonds that would look great on the ring.

Really pleased that he was able to support me with the choice of finance options.

Fantastic service and highly recommend!

I can’t thank the primo team enough. I needed an engagement ring within a short timeframe and since the day I walked into the office they provided me with such confidence knowledge and clarity that they can provide me with a high-quality ring within the given timeframe.

I had a brilliant experience with Francesco. I showed him a picture of the sort of thing I wanted for my fiancée’s engagement ring. He built it for me completely custom after a consultation with a diamond of my choice. The whole ring was ready much faster than competitors, he also went above and beyond to get the size altered overnight while we were staying in London! 100% would recommend.
