When my shoes arrived it was a size to big...I went to your website and hopefully you are sending the right size and I can give away the shoes that are to big.

First time buyer, longtime looker. Took the plunge and got a pair ordered size under as recommended just a tad to tight unfortunately. Lucky you guys do the size return😁. Great product otherwise and fast delivery to NZ.

Hello, I’m a 77 year old man with neuropathy and type II Diabetes, I use a cane and have fallen several times. Bearefoot has changed my life, I’m not kidding.

With normal shoes the soles are so thick and wide that they make my walking very clunky, my grand daughter told me I walk like Frankenstein. I couldn’t “feel” connected to the ground I was walking on.

Love my Bearefoot shoes! I have walked bare foot or in flip flops most of my life and I'm 37. I wanted to try and find some shoes that were not tight on my feet when I need to go places. These fit perfectly and I don't need to wear socks which is a plus too because I don't like any restriction on my feet. Thanks bearfoot for these shoes! They are a keeper! We just ordered more for my husband and our children. I purchased the Clouders brand which are true to size.

I was thrilled with my new Bearefoot shoes as soon as I put them on. So thrilled that I have ordered a second pair. They are so comfortable and fit my broad foot in the toe area perfectly. I am ready to ditch all my old rigid and ill-fitting (not to mention expensive) sneakers. Thank you so much!

the service and delivery were excellent. my only issue is that i used the Bearefoot advise and measured my foot to confirm the size shoe. This resulted in the actual shoes being slightly too tight but i think they will stretch and will be fine - the second pair i ordered was one size bigger than the first pair. i haven't received these yet to see the difference

The shoes I received were very comfortable. I have wore these to the gym and around the house. I am excited to wear these outside when the temps start to warm up.

I ordered the incorrect size; I began the process for an exchange. Bear foot is going to ship me my correct size & they told me to donate the wrong size to someone. I gave them to my son. He loves them. This is great customer service. This was also my second pair, different style. The am very satisfied with my Bear feet!

Love the shoes! However it would have been nice to know that these ship from China so they take quite a while to be delivered.

I've ordered this just because I wanted to buy so much a flat insole shoes to better serve my flat feet and benefit from the shoes during my walking and leg workout day. I'm very pleased of my pair and I didn't expect it to be this good for me. I'll be buying another pair in the future for sure

I live in South Africa so the shoes took about 2 weeks to arrive, but they are PERFECT for rebounding. Absolutely worth the buy, I definitely wouldn't mind buying some more!

In the spirit of being honest + truthful, I will start by flagging that the Bearefoot website is not.
I scoured the site but didn't find important information about where the products are manufactured. It was only when I ordered that I found out that they are manufactured and dispatched from China, I never buy from China for ethical reasons but they refused to cancel my order even before it had left the warehouse. Which brings me to the 2nd problem, if you want to wait up to 3 weeks for delivery, then thats fine, not good for me. Customer services are very polite, though communication spins on a hamster wheel and word salad, they certainly never addressed my demands, just repeated them back to me in a very polite way!!!
I ordered a pair of training shoes and a pair of boots, the sizings were different, although I ordered the same size for both, the boots are smaller than the trainers.
All things considered, the products are OK, but over-priced for being just 'OK'

The shoes are great and the customer service is top notch. I had a broken cord locker and one pair was just a tad bit small so submitted returns and it was super easy and accommodating!

The fit is perfect. Worries about the plastic on the shoes, how it will hold up… Weather hasn’t permitted outside use but will use at my upcoming tai chi class and see how they perform.
