Do not pay £200 for ‘professional’…
Do not pay £200 for ‘professional’ photos!!! The ‘professional’ photographer used by the Brixham branch is an artist not a seller of houses. He hasn’t got a clue what a ‘good’ photo should look like when it comes to selling houses. Overuse of a drone footage which makes a small house look even smaller doesn’t help either and trying get the photos improved takes for ever as staff are all smiles in branch but little action. Go to Boyces - they don’t charge anything! Or Eric Lloyd - they charge a more reasonable £160 or better still take your own. It took me all of 30 seconds to take a lovely photo and I’m no professional.

Absolutely terrible estate agents
Absolutely terrible estate agents, with a complete lack of communication and poor practices. We were constantly chasing them for updates and, to top it off, they didn't even show up for one of the viewings. Because of them, we lost our dream home, apparently our buyer wouldn't wait but then suddenly when we were buying a house with Bradleys as well as selling ours, our buyer is willing to wait!!! We accepted an offer on our house in September and made an offer on another property at the same time. Everything has moved at a glacial pace, and we've had to chase for updates, often with no response. Now, it looks like we won’t be able to move until the end of April at the earliest. Despite asking repeatedly, we’ve never received an explanation for the delays with the new build in our chain. The solicitors they recommend are just as bad. Avoid them at all costs—this entire process has been a nightmare, and I can't imagine there’s an estate agent worse than Bradleys.
Absolutely awful estate agents
Absolutely awful estate agents, poor communication all the way throughout. Had to ring before the viewing to be told the house was off the market and apologies we wernt informed, to then be rang up when we were nearly home to say that the information was incorrect and to go view. Since then no communication from them, would not use this estate agents, very poor service.

Poor service from head office
I am a relocation consultant trying to arrange viewings for a client in Newquay. He filled out at least four application forms and returned them to head office. Neither he nor myself heard from them. I did eventually get through to someone at the Newquay branch who was polite (2nd star) but my client was not granted any viewings and there was no communication to say that he had been unlucky. So where is the customer service? So rude. It does not take a second to e mail people back to say they have been unlucky on this occasion.

Sale purchase fell through
Sale purchase fell through which is always a risk however Bradley’s handled it so poorly with no respect for us. We received a rubbish phone call that lasted less than a minute telling us ‘sorry the property is no longer available’ 1 day before we were due to sign the contracts. We received no paperwork, no follow up phone call and pretty much dumped and forgotten about. We have received no other property details and when I’ve left messages to get hold of the young lady that was initially dealing with the sale, I have had nothing back. Avoid!!

It's only one star as I am unable to…
It's only one star as I am unable to give no stars. We were tennants with them for 18 months, almost 3 months after our tenancy has ended we are fighting for our deposit. The place was left clean and tidy and the email responses we have received have been far from helpful. I would definitely not recommend. They are slow to act and slow to reply to any concerns.

OMG WORST ESTATE AGENTS
OMG. The similar happened to me. Reduced by 95k. Someone my family member knows asked if they could put an offer in as property was ridiculously low. They were told by joe not to get involved as he was close friends with my ex wife. They said as they have delt with them in the past that I should drop them as they are conning you.
An area manager from one of the biggest estate agents also advised me to pull out & is currently helping me with this issue even though my property has been sold.
Don’t be conned !!!!!

As expected Bradleys have again answered with sweeping statements about how everyone else causes the problems.
Problem 1 The senior manager did not know that with one original tenant having left, that the house was being occupied by one original tenant who was unwilling/unable to afford the rent and one unregistered adult, two children and 2 cats.
Problem 2 The owner was not sent a copy of the court application until he asked for it. No explanation for this lack of communication was given. The application did not "expedite" the eviction as the "tenants" were given the maximum time to vacate the property whereas the judge would probably have been less lenient if he was aware of the illegal occupation and considerable damage that had already been done to the property.
Problem 3 The owner only received rent insurance income 6 months after it was due and only because he asked for it. No explanation for the delay or apology was offered.
Problem 4 The owner only received the bond payment last Monday almost 11 months after the "tenants" were evicted. No explanation for this delay or apology was made.
Problem 5 The senior manager who was supposedly managing the property was also the same person who would have investigated my complaint against herself. Yes, I could have jumped through the hoops and made a formal complaint about the person who would then have investigated her own shortcomings before handing me on to the next level. According to my contract I had chosen the best level of service so given the poor service I had received I decided it was not worth the effort and stress.

We had a contract with the Branch in Mutley. Previously I rang the agent to follow up any reviews end of May. I left messages but no calls and I had to ring up myself then got to speak to the person marketing our property.
This time same happened I rang the agent to follow up any reviews. Had left one message on Monday to call back when the agent is in next day. Today Wed I rang again today and so far no return call.
I am feeling a bit fed up with me chasing the call instead.

Rubbish Online Appointment System - Not Fit For Purpose
There is an online appointment system for you to book a convenient time for an appointment, which is accepted and confirmed by email only to be followed up with a phone call to say that appointment isn't available! Poor service. Chose a particular time to fit in with a busy work schedule and now can't view for another week. Bring back viewings where you can go in the evening and the Vendor shows you around themselves - useless service for working people!

What didn't go wrong 😆 😅 😂 matt the manager is a waste of space along with his colleagues a liar out and out liars AVOID AVOID even the ceos secretary is a waste of space they don't care about anyone other than having houses flats what ever on their books FIND A DECENT ESTATE AGENTS who care for not only vendors but buyers. Because if it wasn't for us buyers they would be out of business im adding this as I have been made to look a liar on my review I'm now following the complaints procedure and then the ombudsman the manager now accuses my solicitor causing all this trouble being strung along after believing him that the vendor who previously strung along a buyer for what I was told 5 months, but has now found a property they were marketing and she was buying!!! I viewed this property 20th November put in an offer excepted but nothing was sent in writing or email for Iover the given period by law of estate agents. I could carry on all day, but I will carry on with my complaint in the given directions appropriately and let you a decide if you choose this company after reading this

Bradleys Estate Agents Hayle Branch - Copper Hills
We have just bought a house through the Hayle Branch and they were absolutely fantastic, particularly Gina in the Copper Hills suite. She really went above and beyond for us, making sure everything was on track, being a liaison between us and the developers, and kept us sane when our buyer and their solicitor were being particularly difficult, delaying things. She was always there for us, an absolute star!
