I ordered two swimsuits. I ordered a size large and they sent me an extra large. I’ve contacted the company. It’s taken weeks to get back to me. They wanted pictures. I sent them pictures and they still have not sent me the correct size. It’s been now way over a month

I ordered a dress. It was too small and the quality was poor. The company is located in China, and returns need to be shipped back to China. As you can imagine, to ship the dress back was significantly more than the cost of the dress.

Here are the three return options you receive from customer support. Sadly, the return options are all poor and favor the company. Customer support was decent as they responded within 24 hours with each reply.

A) Get 1 new item without return: we can resend you 1 new product if you agree to pay USD$20 without return. (Most customers would like to choose this)

B) Fast partial refund without return: You keep the original product without return, we refund 10% of the product. This way can save you much effort and time.

I wished i have google this company first before ordering. There’s really no options to return. Like someone else said, you have to return to an address in China and the postage is costly it’s not worth it to mail. So yes… it’s almost like final sale. So be sure of the purchase before purchasing.

Ordered 2 items from this website. Beware that this company is based in China. Their return policy is very poor at best. They want you to return the item to a China address which we know is very costly. Or they will give you a 10% refund, or you can give them more money ($20) and pick something else instead. Really bad options. Just wanted to return one item to an American address for a refund. Oh well I learned to never purchase anything from them again even though it’s tempting. Just know what you get is final.

all damaged in shipping. I sent images and the representative accused me of doing it when I opened the package. Furthermore, he told me I have to mail it to CHINA for a refund!! No USA office. The clothing smells like chemicals- cheaply made and poorly shipped torn, wrinkled cheap garbage grade. What a waste of time. Looks nothing like the images

This company is a scam, do not buy from them. They’ll charge you and then don’t deliver ANYTHING. When you contact their customer service they just tell you the address is incorrect and the package is back at the ‘warehouse’. When I track the so-called package it says it’s been ‘attempted’ to be delivered like 6 times . All a SCAM ! Do not buy from this fake company

The items did not fit and when I emailed about returning, below is the lame response. 10% refund??? Really? Shipping to China would cost more than the dresses are worth (quality is not very good) and I'm sure not going to let them steal another $40 from me. I'm throwing the dresses in the trash and chalking my experience up as a $70 mistake that I won't make again. DO NOT ORDER FROM BEACHSISSI!

Terrible company!! Dresses are not sized right and customer service is a nightmare!! You have to ship to China at your own expense if you need to return. The dresses are overpriced for what you get.

An awful store. Send me a shirt with a hole in it and then a dress so defectively sewn that the seam ziz-zagged (irregularly). Cheap, cheap, cheap. I have sent emails with photos and now in a stalking attempt they ask me to send a photo of me wearing the dress (?). Do not purchase with this company

Worst company practices! Took 3 weeks to get. Had to return 3 of 4 sets and they dont give you a notmal address. Somewhere in China and it costs a bloody fortune. Worst practices ever!!!! Buyers beware!

I ordered a dress from Beachsissi 3 weeks ago. Of course they deducted their money, $50 from my bank account immediately. Their shipper Uni Uni stated delivery was made over seven days ago. Since that time I have had no less than 10 back-and-forth emails with customer support, Ivy in particular, to straighten out the situation. The shippers proof of delivery is nothing more than a picture of the package showing a partial name and just my street name no address. Not the package on my porch or in my mailbox.

Initially, I was told to contact my postal carrier with the shipper’s number to track the package. Of course USPS does not use that particular type of tracking number so no resolution there. I was then instructed to contact the shipper. Uni Uni to assess whether or not the item had been delivered. After nearly 4 days I still have no response.

This company does absolutely nothing to satisfy the customer and leaves the responsibility of finding a package on the customer. Not themselves, not the shipping agent, but their customer! I have since turned this over to my bank for investigation and attempted refund of my charges.

If I were you, I would not order from Beachsissi. They provide absolutely no phone number to call for help and their company practices for satisfying a customer & resolution of an issue are beyond horrible & completely unsatisfactory!

The return process is onerous, expensive and malicious. I ordered 9 items. I returned 7. I sent the items back on May 23, 2025 and requested a full refund.
I sent the dresses back to the address provided within 24 hours after I received the return email.
I provided the tracking number. I attached a copy of the receipt with the tracking number and the USPS Customs Declaration form with the same tracking number. A paper slip with my order number and my typed name was in the package. Each returned item is unwashed, unworn, has original tags, original hygiene stickers and is in original packaging. I have a picture of every returned item with the original tag on and original packaging. I was required to pay $76.10 to return these items to the address they provided:
2002shi, Wangduguojidasha B Zuo, Zhangbayi Rd, Yantaqu, 710065, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. I haven't received my refund yet.

STAY AWAY from this company. If you want cheap crap from China order from Amazon, at least you can return it. 4 small items had such poor quality fabric I wanted to return, but would have cost $250 to send back to China. They offered 10% off my order, complete joke.

I ordered from this company a couple times for bathing suits. They were ok. But this time 3 out of the four items did not fit or looked completely different than the website. The sizing is not correct. I asked for a review and got 3 options. All included me paying more money. I would pay 60 dollars more so I would get an exchange. I paid 100 dollars total. I also did not receive the items for a month but need to return in 7 days. I will never buy anything from this company. Total Scam.

I’m going to add one more bad review about their communication and returns. They do no accept returns. Stay away from this company period!!

Two bikinis from Beachsissi arrived today. Both beautiful, worn they are fantastic, shaping the body and highlighting the lines. Great material and super fast shipping.

Terrible return policy!!! Do not order from this company. Fabric is cheap and smells like chemicals. Only way to return is pay steam charges to ship to China and hope they give you partial credit, which I highly doubt anyone receives.

This company is in China. They require you to return merchandise that has nothing wrong just to get refund
MUST be done in 7 days.
HOW can a package get thur shipment that long distance in 7 days. Impossible.

I am writing this review with honesty to all customers, please think before ordering from this website. Based on my experience, I placed an order for three summer dresses. When received I tried them on the fit was not at all good due to the cheap material on each one. They definitely did not look at all like on the website. I was so disappointed at the poor quality of the material. I returned the dresses right away and to my surprise I had to pay for the shipping. It was sent on 3/21/25 and we are now in June and the package is stuck in China since Apr 2nd. I asked for a refund and they say they can only give me 15% which is peanuts. I nicely asked for at least a 50% refund since I did my duty in sending the package where they indicated and on top pay for shipping which was not cheap. Please I am being honest do not order from them. I had read some bad reviews but decided to try them and now I regret doing so.
