Me he sentado en la mesa hace unos 10-15 minutos. El lugar está prácticamente vacío: hay menos de 10 clientes y dos camareros. Nadie ha venido a atenderme. Uno de los camareros me vio y salió fuera mientras que la otra camarera está bromeando con su compañera. Por la atención recibida, mi valoración sería de 0. Me parece una falta de profesionalidad y de respeto hacia el cliente, queria adjuntar una foto del lugar pero no se permite.

Terrible customer service!! They were out of stock of an item I ordered, but refused to issue a refund. Instead, they kept trying to make me accept a replacement I didn't want. After weeks of emails, they falsely claimed they had refunded me through PayPal, even though I never used PayPal for this purchase. Extremely frustrating experience. I won't be buying from this company again!!

I am a very seasoned online shopper. Beachsissi is a terrible company for a few reasons. Product quality, shipping costs and return options.
I would never recommend dealing with this company. I did purchase from them a few years ago and it was a better product and experience. Obviously things have changed for the worse. I will not be making any further purchases with this company.

The bathing suit that I ordered came quite misshapen and not much like the photographs. I was very disappointed. I reached out hoping to return the item and get a full refund. They state in their return policy that if it's an item defect they will pay the shipping. When they did finally answer me, they did not want to pay the shipping. Also they sent me an address to send it back to that didn't make sense, and when I asked for clarification they never responded. Very disappointing. I tried three times to leave a review on the bathing suit. I was sent an email to confirm my review and I've done that, and since then I've checked and there are still only three positive and likely fake reviews. I never got my refund. Websites like this should be shut down

I ordered three swimsuits. One was out of stock and they never refunded me the money! The other two I tried to return and I was offered only given $6.49. I spent over $100 and was unable to have anyone from costumer service respond back! I would not suggest anyone use this company.

I'd make sure your willing to lose money if the item does not fit properly....Returns have to be sent to China with a tracking number...very hard and expensive.

Do not buy from this company. I paid for expedited shipping and it took 4 weeks! I asked customer service to cancel part of my order bc it wouldn’t get to me on time and the rep forgot to do it so the clothes showed up anyways. They will only refund 15%. If you need a new size or don’t like the material of something, you have to pay to ship it back to China for only a partial refund! I’ve never dealt with a company this bad before! BEWARE!!!!

Poor quality clothing and impossible to return. Wasn’t clear the return was to China and postage is as much as the item of clothing. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site

Horrible return policy and horrible customer service. Spent nearly $200 on items that don't fit but was going to cost me $90 to return with only the "possibility" of them receiving it and giving me any kind of credit. Will never purchase from this company again. I even paid for expedited shipping and it did not arrive in the time frame promised and did not make it in time for my vacation. They wouldn't even refund me my expedited shipping. And VERY slow response if you send them an email. Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

I ordered from Beachsissi with the understanding they were in the USA. They promised reasonable delivery (7-9 days). I then received updates from China concerning tracking, etc. Received the shipment a week after promised. All four items were poorly constructed and VERY small. Unwearable. I've been trying to deal with the company to no avail. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE.

You have to return it to China if you want a refund. I will never buy anything from this company again!
The quality and the fabric was cheap.

I received my order however the items received looked nothing like what they looked like on their site.
Therefore, I returned the items according to their instructions. Paid for the shipping charges (both ways)
And it arrived but they refuse to handle the customs clearance in china and the said that they will not refund me.
They are a scam site and unreliable.
Stay away from them for your on good.

The swim suits pictured in their online ads are NOT the swimsuit you will receive. What I received yesterday -- the bikini top had no clasp whatsoever -- it was more of a bralette style you have to put on over your head. Further, there is no underwire or other similar support -- also not as pictured. The bottom swim skirt was barely big enough for a toddler whereas the top fit fine. There is no option to order different sized tops and bottoms which would be fine if there wasn't such a large size disparity. Further, I woke up this morning covered in hives everywhere that the bikini touched my skin. I am now incurring medical expenses due to their chemicals or fabrics. And I am not a highly allergic person. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Do not order!! I ordered 2 swimsuits and was unhappy with the support and sizing. Returning them was virtually impossible. They discourage it due to the expense to ship to China, instead they offered a discount on a future item. No way! Terrible customer service/ non-existent. Would never had ordered if I had done my research.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star if that were an option. Customer service and returns are a nightmare. I did not want anything I order...only 2 things and did not want to keep and get something else as the material is god awful!! I spent my own money 3 months ago to do a full return and still have not gotten my credit. Their response is it is help up in customs. Totally ridiculous. I would never purchase from there again.

I purchased 300.00 worth of clothing. Poor fit and quality. Paid 70.00 to return to China. The co stated too difficult to return but I did. It’s been a year and I just received the same clothes I tried to return ??!!! Would say pick any co but them !!!

Well if you want to return and pay for your item to go back to China, that is all they offer on refunds. Or you can keep your items for an exchange. If you bought 3 items you can keep your items and exchange it for 1 free item. All of my items were too small. I thought they would send me the next size up. Oh no I can have 1 item in this exchange. I told them to keep it. This process took 4 days of back and forth. Just don't buy from Beachsissi.com buy from a 3rd party seller.

Impossible to return through China when purchased and sent to Hong kong. Gets stuck in customs then gets sent back to you. Do not purchase. Poor quality too. Cheaply made.

RECONSIDER placing an order with this company. Their return policy is a total scam. Items need to be returned to China! Quality of clothing is garbage, and customer service SUCKS.
