We stayed at “Almost Heven” in July 2024 and loved its spacious three-bedroom, three-bath layout. The kitchen was well equipped, and the unit is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The upper porch was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay so much we returned in January 2026 and will book it again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Almost Heaven beach house in Destin. The location truly could not have been better — just a short walk to the beach and incredibly close to all the best restaurants, shops, and everything that makes Destin such a fun coastal getaway.

The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for relaxing after long days in the sun, and there was plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and easy — exactly what you want for a beach vacation.

One of the best parts was how convenient everything was. We could spend the morning on the beach, grab lunch at a nearby restaurant, come back to relax, and head out again for sunset without ever worrying about long drives or traffic. It made the entire trip feel effortless.

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, perfectly located beach house where you can truly enjoy the sun, sand, and all the fun Destin has to offer, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area!

We had a wonderful experience at “Almost Heaven”. It is immaculately clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are beautiful, comfortable and spacious. I loved the outdoor spaces with a large deck overlooking the pool from the upstairs primary suite and a screened porch right out from the living/dining areas. The pool is in a private courtyard just steps from the screened porch. So convenient!
A very short walk to a wonderful beach and great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Also there are quaint shopping boutiques!
We took a short golf cart ride to a large outlet mall which had everything.
We love Miramar Beach and we loved staying at “Almost Heaven”!!

This is the perfect area for family n fun. AWSOME condo that BECKY HENTHORN MOYER owns. Everything there you would want plus more. Very accommodating. Becky has done a magnificent job keeping this properly up n going. Im handicapped too and had no problems. I’d go back any day!!! All at ALMOST HEAVEN!!!

Almost Heaven is an absolutely gorgeous condo. Within walking distance to the beach and has a very nice pool for the complex. Three bedrooms so lots of room for several people and the ensuite is so roomy and comfortable with a private balcony. I highly recommend this place and will certainly come back many times in the future.

I stayed at the Almost Heaven property with a group of friends and it was perfect! We could walk to the beach and didn’t have to worry about parking and there were also lots of restaurants that we could walk to. The house has a really big living room and dining room so space was never an issue

Our stay at Almost Heaven was a great aunt and nieces getaway. The condo is centrally located close to the beach and shopping. It’s just a few steps from condo to community pool. There is plenty of room to move around in the condo and the furnishings are fab!

"Almost Heaven" is absolutely right! This place is so comfortable and exactly what my family and I were looking for. It's close to the beach (not beachfront, but about a two block walk/bike ride away!). It was spacious and clean, and it didn't share any walls with other condos so there were no noise issues. I would definitely stay here again!!

Almost Heaven has got to be one of the best spots to visit Destin! Just a short walk from a drugstore and many restaurants, plus the beach is a 2 minute stroll south on the quiet road!

The interior is very tasteful and helped us get into the headspace of “vacation”, plus the back balcony and screen room are THE BEST spots after sundown.

I cant think of anything ynegative about the space, so I’ll just give you a 5*! Thank you for the wonderful time!

We stayed at “Almost Heaven” and it was AWESOME! So close to the beach (even with young kids), pool access was clutch when wanting to avoid sand, the place was BEAUTIFUL and very clean. Safe area, quiet too! Such an awesome spot for a family vacation or a getaway with spouse or friends! 10/10!

Beach Reunion Rock!
We had a wonderful experience staying in the Blue Mountain Villas.
I was very impressed with the Beach Reunion property management company.
We had a couple issues during our stay that needed to be addressed including a flood due to a seal that broke in the water feed to one of the toliets. While I used the shut off to stop the water, while cleaning up the water that was everywhere, a plumber showed up no more than 30 minutes later. Impressive.
We also had an issue with a couple peices of furniture on the outside decks, after reporting this, less that 48 hours later, replacement couch and table were delivered. There was also a morning when after getting up I noticed the internet was out. I message in the problem and in less than an hour the internet was back up.
We have been staying and using different property management companies throughout the panhandle for about 15 years now and never had the quick and friendly responses as we did with Beach Reunion.
Our unit was clean, comfortable and so beautiful and relaxing.
We booked again for next year and cannot wait to return and explore more of the 30A and surrounding areas.

The house was amazing . Very comfortable. Right on the beach . Very quiet location with easy access to restaurants and shops . Communication and hospitality from Beach Reunion was excellent.

What a great team at Beach Reunion who saw to our every need last week while our 16 member family group took a much-needed break from Boston, NYC, Chicago, Washington DC and Omaha weather. For starters, our property Touched by the Sun was perfectly prepared for us and was even nicer than the listing conveyed! The heated pool was a true treasure for young and old, as the Gulf was just a bit too cold for getting our swim on. Location was ideal as well, with all the activities we participated in just minutes away. We will definitely be back in the years to come.

Really enjoyed my stay at Kiddoboo Cottage last year. Getting around was incredibly easy with the beach and stores nearby. Very spacious inside too. Thinking about going back this year.

Stayed at Kiddoboo Cottage and loved it. Easy access to supermarkets/anything you need. Beautiful views had such a blast.

The Kiddoboo cottage as an absolute blast! We brought a big group of friends and stayed for 4 nights in the Spring. The house was large and comfortably fit all 8 of us with room to spare. The amenities of the house were great including the pool and games upstairs. Highly recommend it!

Stayed at the Kiddoboo Cottage and it was the perfect place for my spring break. The place is huge and fairly priced considering all the bedrooms and the pool. The location is great and super close to the beach and stores, which was crucial for the big group I went with. Would definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Kidaboo Cottage in Destin! The home felt incredibly cozy, homey, warm, and surprisingly spacious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up so we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our favorite part was definitely the heated pool area, which was such a fun and relaxing space to enjoy after a day at the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

Kiddoboo Cottage was a great experience. It was close to the beach, had enough space, and a beautiful pool. The outdoor grills came in handy for days by the pool.
