We have used Beach Reunion twice in the last four years, both times renting Barton Vista Del Mar. Our experience both in the rental process and then during our actual stays have been nothing short of helpful and pleasant. They really do seem to care that your stay with them is all you would hope it to be. Barton Vista is a great house. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach with a nice private pool and a good house layout. The rooftop deck is awesome at night in addition to being a good setting for family pictures. We would use Beach Reunion again no problem!

House had plenty of room for our family. Clean plenty of beach and bath towels. Beach was a short walk. Golf cart was great for quick errands and hauling things to the beach. The pool was a nice size and having the swingset was nice for the younger kids. We left some money behind. We notified them and they worked on finding it and mailing a check to us. So grateful. We had a wonderful time.

Soak up the sun has amazing services. We have stayed at many properties near Destin Florida for the past 10+ years and noticed the differences in their care. We have decided to use them for the past 5 years and have not been disappointed. They are always quick to resolve any problems in the property that impacts our stay and always goes the extra mile. We have stayed at places where the delay impacted our ability to use the pool or items that were broken in the house and just makes vacation not as enjoyable as it should be. We always go through soak up the sun now because of it

We stayed at Touched by the Sun June 20th-27. Beach Reunion was really easy to work with from booking to exiting the home. Our communication was almost entirely by email or texts. We had 17 family members in our group. The house is one block from the beach. Our grandchildren are water bugs so they loved the pool when not at the ocean. Pros of the house: Two beach service set ups was great. The house is great for large families with 6 king suites. The house is equipped with two large refrigerators and an ice maker. 2 crock pots were nice to have as well. No contact check in and out was convenient. Lots of parking for cars and golf carts. 12 large beach towels. The oversized umbrella at the pool was very nice to have. The hand mixer would not work and they quickly replaced it with a new one. Cons of the house: The house is a rental and it shows in the maintenance. Needs some TLC in places. Wish it had a safe for valuables when spending time at the beach. Two complaints on worn king beds in our group. Upon arrival the side light at the front door had duct tape half way up where it had been broken at some point. I didn't allow our group to go out on the balcony over the pool area due to safety concerns. The balcony in not covered and the rain has rotted the flooring and framing underneath. The ice maker stopped working and they found a kink in the water line so easy repair just took a while and two trips to get it done. The first level ac went out but freon was added quickly to get the temp back to normal. We put some meats in the foyer fridge but after on the second day the meat had browned so it was a thrown away. We then only used that fridge for sodas and salads. By the end of the week the three floors had us needing an elevator.

The condo was great! Amazing views and location!

Good Day Sunshine was the very best rental experience our family of 24 has ever had! Family beach trips have been a yearly tradition and a sweet time for us all to gather. Accommodations for 10 adults and 14 kiddos have a huge bearing on the success of our trip and Good Day Sunshine exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying in the house again…and again!!

This property could be a great place to stay. It’s close to the beach, has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and a private pool. However, it hasn’t been maintained well. The pool area is surrounded by sand and dirt and there is no skimmer to clean it after wind, rain etc. The inside of the house is run down and hasn’t been kept up. Several of the outlets don’t work at all in the kitchen area and the pots, pans, dishes, silverware and utensils are worn out, badly scratched up and mismatched. Toaster had no handles, which they replaced quickly, and the griddle looked like it had been used to cook rocks. The sheets and towels were clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Floors were dirty, we couldn’t walk barefoot in the house without our feet turning dark on the bottom. Doorframes and walls needed to be wiped down. There was a bad moldy smell on the third floor and dark water came from some of the faucets initially. When we called about the broken chairs around the pool and the broken chandelier, it was taken care of immediately. However, I cleaned the rest of it myself so we didn’t have to wait for them to possibly, do the same type of cleaning again. Very nice people managing the place, it just needs closer scrutiny regarding maintenance and cleaning.

Spacious shared living area plus six king bedrooms made for good space for our combined family trip.

House could use some decor updating and one dishwasher (of the two) wouldn’t close, but it had mostly all we needed for an enjoyable stay.

We have stayed in this neighborhood before and really enjoy it, the location is excellent and offers easy beach access. Unfortunately, this particular home did not meet expectations.
We experienced several maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay, including problems with the grill, A/C issues on the second floor, and plumbing issues on the third floor. The floors were not properly cleaned, and there were not enough wristbands or towels provided for our group. The bed linens appeared worn, and there was visible ceiling damage on the first floor. We also noticed mold in the ice maker and stained, unclean furniture throughout the home.
Additionally, the recently added bunk room in the garage was a concern. It lacks basic amenities such as a TV, closet, mirror, and convenient bathroom access. Guests staying there would need to go to the third floor to use the half bath and shared shower, which is not practical, especially for six occupants or for children.
The Beach Reunion team did respond quickly to the maintenance issues and addressed concerns promptly during our stay.
Overall, while we continue to love the area and location, the condition and functionality of the home were disappointing.

Incredible location! Beautiful views, easy walk to the beach, lots of space to gather. We had our entire family with kids and grandkids and there were so many places for everyone to gather and have fun. The bay/lake in the back was a fun place to fish, too! The ping pong table and the arcade game were regular entertainment for the grands. Such a beautiful place, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Did our annual Military guys trip and stayed at Soak up the Sun!!! There are no words to speak that can explain how nice this property is! We tried to rebook for the following year while in property, already booked! That is how awesome this place is! So we rebooked it already for 2028, and booked the property next door for 2027!

The staff at Beach reunion are just a wonderful group that is beyond helpful and will get and keep you squared away. Ive been using them for 6 or 7 years now, and will always go to them for accommodations!

Good Day Sunshine is an amazing property. It is a perfectly laid out house with a short, easy walk to the beach. We just completed our 3rd visit to this house and are already planning our 4th trip. We are a very large multigenerational family and this house is perfect for all ages. It accommodates large groups with the king suites with in suite bathrooms and large bunk beds in 2 separate bunk rooms. The proximity to the beach, game room, and private pool/hot tub provide entertainment to everyone in the group. In addition to the wonderful property, the manager and management company are amazing and willing to help with any potential needs. Honestly, there is nothing more we could ask for and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

This is our second year staying at Dune’n Alright and we absolutely love this property. It is walking distance to the beach and not to mention all the shopping you need as well. The home itself is perfect for a large group. Our family is made up of 13 people and we are very comfortable. It has everything you need. The rooms are spacious and the home is beautiful. The kids love the pool. We will be renting this home again next year. We always make wonderful memories when we come.

It was a great experience. We stayed for two weeks with our family of 34 people. Great proximity to shopping one minute walk to the beach and they had 12 chairs and six umbrellas for us every morning. Great customer service they even rolled out our trash cans for us.

We had a great time on our trip! The house was perfect for the 12 of us. House was clean and rental agency was quick to respond, when needed. We would love to stay at the property again in the future and share more memories.

We had a wonderful time - house is just as beautiful as it was last year. Perfect location for our family. Pool is beautiful and kids really enjoyed it. Your service in taking care of the few things that needed it was spot on and quickly responded to. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation!

Easy! Communicated thru text several times and got a response almost immediately. The house was perfect.

Beautiful home, exceptionally well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated, great linens and linen supply, and above average clean!!! Home management was extremely attentive and helpful if we had any questions. We have been going on an annual family vacation for 30 years - this home and location is in the top 5!!! Our only critique would be some outdoor rug runners fron the pool to the door home and possibly a few rugs or non slip mats on some of the pool deckng - we had no issues, but it is slick. We had an absolute blast staying here! This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. Every room was breathtaking, and the attention to detail throughout the house was incredible. Each of us had our own king size bed and private shower, and every bathroom had its own unique and beautiful decor. When researching places in Destin I didn’t know there were neighborhoods that were this nice!

Our family made memories that we will cherish forever during this vacation. A huge thank you to Vanessa for making it all possible! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, flexible, and understanding. She went above and beyond to work with our family and made us feel truly valued as guests. Her generosity and willingness to accommodate our needs meant so much to us, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her hospitality.

The golf cart was so much fun, and the beach was less than a minute away, which made the location absolutely perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this amazing property!

We had the BEST experience booking with beach reunion. From the customer service, to the easy checkin/check out, to the BEAUTIFUL home just as described on their website. Our entire group of 18 was impressed! The kitchen was fully equip with everything you might need. The pool was amazing. There was more than enough space for all of us to sleep comfortably. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
