Friendly, fast service with great communication throughout. Bay bridal made the whole process easy and stress‑free, and their helpful approach really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone wanting reliable, warm, and efficient service.

Really wonderful service, and an absolutely BEAUTIFUL gown at an amazing price. The quality of the gown is excellent, and Sharleen took care to check measurements to ensure I received the best size. She also threw in the matching veil, which I hadn't expected, and a return courier bag in case I needed alterations to the length. I could not be happier with my purchase, the ease of purchase, speed of delivery, and the service I received. Absolutely recommend this New Zealand business!

Amazing service! We were after a dress that wasn’t in stock, however my daughter was in between sizes so we didn’t know which would fit. Because of the tight timeframes, the Bay Bridal team ordered and sent both dresses to us with a return bag to return the one that didn’t fit.

Dress was stunning as she can’t wait to wear it to the ball.

Comms are great, would define by my go to for dresses in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful dress exactly as advertised and really helpful customer service when my daughter was worried about it arriving in time. Hugely appreciated.

Sharlene was absolutely amazing. So helpful and friendly. She quietly and confidently handed me dress after dress to try and listened to my wants and needs. She also went out of her way to send me a several dresses and accessories overnight when we ran into a few issues with bridesmaid gowns.
She made this whole experience so calm and joyful at what was a particularly stressful time. Thank you!

Absolutely love the Infinity Dress and the colour! I couldn’t decide what style of dress I wanted, so the Infinity Dress was the perfect choice as it can be worn and styled in so many different ways.

The material is amazing — wrinkle-free with a beautiful soft texture. When you first handle the fabric, it feels quite heavy and luxurious, but once it’s on, it feels light, comfortable and seamless on the body.

I’m extremely happy with the quality, fit and versatility of the dress.

Bay Bridal went above and beyond to get the right dress for me under tight time pressures. Extremely pleased with the dress and grateful for the advice received.

This company NZ based , their website is easy to work with clear good examples of the clothing including plus size and a good variety of colors in each style. I opted for the try to buy option my dressed arrived withing 5 days they all fitted and as advertised .The staff were amazing and the refund instant. This made my daughters wedding less stressful and I felt great in their dress.

Bay Bridal has exceeded all of my expectations. Customer service was great, the Try to Buy option gave me a choice from long distance, and the dress itself is even more beautiful than the pictures. It fits perfectly, and the material and workmanship is of very high quality!! The order arrived in the time promised. The best part is being able to support a small, local business. Win, win!!
My stress is gone!! Thanks, Bay Bridal!!!

The ladies at Bay Bridal were most helpful and patient when I walked in without booking an appt. I was able to find my Mother if the Bride Dress

10/10, dress was such a great price.
The staff have been so helpful too.
I ordered back in January and have lost a bit of weight since then. They're so accommodating and are happy to do an exchange for me to a smaller size if needed at only a tiny cost. Cannot rave about this company enough!!
Shoutout to Sharleen who put my stressed mind to ease too 🥰
I had heard great things from my friend who also purchased her dress from here. Bay Bridal is where it's at! 🤍

Absolutely gorgeous dress! I used the Try Before You Buy option and ordered two dresses, returning one. The whole process was easy and hassle-free. The green sparkly ball gown is stunning in person, with excellent quality fabric and beautiful detailing. It fits wonderfully and looks fabulous on. I'm sure my daughter will receive many compliments when wearing it. I would highly recommend this dress to anyone looking for a glamorous and elegant gown.

I have brought my formal dresses from Bay Bridal for years now and every time the customer service and care shown by the team is second to none! Returns and exchanges are always a super smooth process. You can tell the team really wants to make sure you look and feel your best. I definitely recommend shopping with them!

Excellent quality dresses- have bought from them multiple times and always exceptional service

Amazing nz company from the beautiful dresses to great customer service.
I chose bay bridal as I could buy to try...an amazing feature considering I live a long distance away..to far to go to the store. Chose my dress and returned the other...refunded with no hassles.
Great customer service
Thank you ☺️

I am really happy with this dress! The fabric feels so lovely and it fits me really well. Delivery was quick, and the customer service was great too. Would definitely recommend 😊

Easy to order. Sizing was correct and quality was good.
It was exactly as advertised and I received it within 10days. Fully recommend Bay Bridal

Highly recommend the fantastic and professional customer service from Bay Bridal. My first pick arrived and I hadn't quite got the sizing right and on trying it on i decided the colour wasnt i wanted...(make sure you do take an accurate measure of your bust with a bra on for the right size)....no problem in returning and swapping for another colour and style...all very prompt with plenty of communication. Very happy with the dress and service. Thanks!

I cannot recommend Bay Bridal enough! I used them for an event and used their 'Try to Buy' feature. The turn around time was very swift, and every time I contacted the team via email they always responded quickly and went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed. The dresses were all immaculate. And they have a really great range for more curvy ladies. I was so impressed and grateful. I would definitely use them again.

I'm never sure about buying on line, still like to try things on. But I just had not been able to find anything suitable in shops in Tauranga, so went on line. Really pleased to find a NZ domiciled business and being able to use the "try before you buy" service was great. I had three dresses quickly delivered, tried them all on at home and returned two. No issues with returning them (only a NZ post courier of course so no delays with it being received back at the other end) and the money popped back into my account for the returned dresses. Thrilled with the one I have purchased, a great price and good fit. Wendy
