The products are great and the quality is excellent. You get what you pay for. I own two and I absolutely love them!

I have purchased a Nidhogg Bass, ordering was easy, shipping was fast and smooth, the bass arrived perfectly packaged and quite honestly I can’t see why it was a ‘b’ stick item everything looks fine to me. A superb instrument, beautiful finish, quality hardware, feels and plays very well, I really love its punch!

I own two BAUM guitars purchased in 2025, the first a vintage white Wingman with Bigsby, the second a Backwing Inca gold. I can say that I was very impressed by the quality of the equipment, which is one of the reasons why I have two today. Each has its own personality, but both are magnificent!

There was a mixup at first, and instead of receiving a Wingman Guitar, I received a wingman bass, but as soon as I told Baum about the mistake, a new guitar was sent to me and received soon after. I was very pleased with the customer service, and the products themselves.

Quality is very good

Great instrument quality, tone and setup out of the box. Been playing it for several weeks now, and very happy with it.

The premium case is nice but a bit bulky for my taste. Also, the cover holding strap is on one side only, which is a bit flimsy.

Playing my new Baum wingman bass gives me great joy. My favorite among my basses.

I purchased a guitar that's a real beauty! Everithing was fine, from the payment options to the shipping to the delivery. Cannot complain at all. Certainly recommended.

I bought the guitar (Wingman) sight unseen from an ad I saw on Facebook. When it eventually showed up at my doorstep I was a little taken back by the printing that read '...made in the Philippines (Indonesia?)'. But then, upon examining and playing the guitar, I found it to be flawless - no rough edges anywhere (including the frets!). The action was set perfectly; the hardware (including the Bigsby) was total quality; the playing was like butter and the sound was unique and nicely adjustable. I love it.

Jen reklama na sociálních sítích tak agresivní, že u mne budila jistou nedůveru.Také cenová politika pro mne
zvláštní.Malá nabídka customs nástrojů.Baum je pro mne velmi příjemným překvapením

Well, Although I love the Baum because of their real unique design, but I must admire the second purchase made me shocked, it fully stands next to my way expensive custom shops instrument and it's very well setup.

Baum is delivering great products with attention to details and what is important. Ordering and follow up is fairly simple and feels honest and direct - delays are communicated and explained when needed.
I feel I am taking seriously as a customer.

I bought a Wingman a year ago and I’m super satisfied. I mostly used it during recording sessions and the sound and the feel stands out. Very dynamic with a richness of overtones.

They sold me a guitar which was told to be on stock, took the payment in advance and did not send the guitar out on the following 10 days. Now I have to wait to get my money back. Never again I would order a guitar from Baum Guitars.

I cancelled a preorder and was told "Of course — we’ll proceed with the refund for your order" nothing happened for 3 weeks.
After asking about the refund again, it took several mails where an Baum employee wanted to convince me to keep my order or to buy something else and I needed to get very direct until I finally got the refund (within seconds after the last mail).

Everything is just a big marketing thing as you might expect from their Insta appearance.
Don't recommend it.

I ORDERED A GUITAR AND AFTER 4 MONTHS I STILL DID NOT GET IT. THEY KEEP POSTPONING THE DELIVERY FOR INTERNAL REASONS THEY SAY. I AM SO FRUSTRATED. I WOULD NEVER ORDER A GUITAR WITH THEM IF I KNEW IT WOULD TAKE THIS LONG. I AM STILL WAITING AND RUNNING OUT OF PATIENCE. IF I DON'T GET IT THIS MONTH, I WILL HAVE TO ASK MY MONEY BACK.
