I purchased an acoustic guitar and as I was impressed of both the smooth process and the quality of the instrument I decided later on to go for an electric guitar from Baum as well. I experienced a small delay in the delivery of the electric guitar but the Baum Team was always available with quick response, excellent support and customer service!! Can only recommend the folks! Now playing both Baum‘s and love them 😊

It's more than a solid guitar for the price. I've been a gigging guitar player for over 20 years, across a number of genre's. The Vega Wingman is a staple in my arsenal, one of the best P-90 sounds I've played, incredibly versatile, with truly unique and show-stopping looks. A guitar player's guitar, at a great price.

I love the guitar. I ordered it to get my guitar in May 2025 but got it in the middle of October. The wait was very long. Having this guitar now I love it. It's great unique looking guitar, sounds fantastic and is worked really well. I am glad I have this Leaper Tone guitar.

I love my Conquir59. It is more easy playable than any other guitar i have used for gigs. It follows my mood, from quiet accompangion to more screming solos in a Way that is outstsnding.

There are two parts to buying a guitar sight-unseen from a company that you've never dealt with before: the instrument itself, and the service by the company. Baum excelled at both. The guitar was stunning and played beautifully. The craftsmanship and design were top notch. The service from Baum was also exceptional. The guitar was pre-ordered as part of a batch and delivered on time with proper updates along the way. I would buy another from them without hesitation.

I felt very comfortable in all the email contacts I had, regardless of whether they were about complicated issues such as production and shipping delays, but the empathy received and the monitoring of the situation at every moment gave me confidence and peace of mind in the process.

Awesome customer service and very high quality instruments. I ordered a limited edition Thunder Bass because for me it's the coolest looking bass ever. I was thrilled to have friendly, kind and extremely fair customer service along the way (when tweaking some details about my order) and very happy to see that it is not only a beautiful bass, but also a high-quality one that sounds great and feels very nice.

I own various guitars and basses, from Gibson Les Pauls, ES335s, Fender Strat Elites, to Chapman ML3 Pros. A few years ago, my teacher introduced me to Baum guitars. I was struck by how light, playable, and great they sounded. I then took the plunge and purchased a standard white Wingman with Goldsound® Jabmaster™ pickups, paid in installments. The delivery and setup were perfect: super happy. That's why I opted for the black Leaper Tone with mini humbuckers last year. Although the delivery was delayed by a few months due to part issues, the delivery (including goodies) and setup were again perfect. Neither guitar is lacking a single useful feature. They don't have locking tuners, but they're not necessary, as they stay incredibly in tune. At Mannheim Summit 2025, I had the opportunity to visit their booth and speak with master builder Mr. Bau and other employees. They were very pleasant people, passionate about their craft. Their overseas production and setup in Denmark also seem like a fair way to keep the price reasonable. On the contrary, compared to Big F and G, they're perfectly comparable to the Ultra (Elite) and high-end series. I recently took an official course in guitar building, repair, and setup, and then checked all my guitars. There was nothing to improve on with the Baums! I love all my babies, but the Wingman and especially the Leaper Tone are my go-to axes!

A little bit delay in the shipping but the guitar had a good setup and perfect finish.
I bought a black wingman.
The frets are smooth, almost a little bit to round off so the e-strings has a tendency to glide off the fretboard sometimes. But in all a very nice guitar.

Great playability, quality and sound!

Well, ik took quite some time before my Baum stood in front of my door, but that's all forgotten now. My Leaper Tone is quite amazing (for the price!): she looks great, plays light and yet with power and is honestly the one guitar that I play daily. I have used her in the studio once and the engineer was amazed about the tone, warmth and versatility .

The only thing I'd like Baum to address is extra information: some tech info about the humbuckers used, the wiring, the strings and how to maintain & service the guitar. A manual! That would be awesome! Because now you only get a guitar in a box. A personalised booklet about the guitar you're holding would really be da bomb!

The guitars are of good quality, very playable and Sound aqesome.
Unfortunately, the delivery never met the original date.

First time i know about baum guitar was on social Media. I saw fantastic guitars and i want to have some. I ordered a Carve and it was great.
Fantastic quality and playable. Also quick delivery and super Setup.

You have excellent handcrafted guitars, with beautiful sound. I love my Revolt.

But I've been waiting for my Wingman for a year now. That's a lot of patience. You should point out when buying that it can take a long time.

Tengo que poner algo negativo, el tornillo de fijación del anclaje para la correa venia mal sobredimensionado..
Se salía , tuve que hacer el apaño de los palillos...
