This was my very first time using a vehicle pickup and delivery service, and I couldn't be happier. They picked up my regular car and delivered my Batmobile completely hassle-free. The entire process was smooth, professional, and on time. If they can handle a Batmobile with this much care, they can handle anything. Highly recommend!

Bilal service was excellent.

Mr Arslan and Ms Farheen were very supportive and proactive. They take keen interest in good customer service. Mr Akhtar was very helpful throughout the process. Overall experience was very smooth and comfortable.

Car collection driver Billal Javed was great. But thats where the good service ended. The customer service is terrible. The app is slow and crashes constantly. Loads of false promises. I’m going to go to the service centre now and take my car back. I wouldn’t recommend this company from my personal experience.

Got my Tesla model 3 tyres replaced, great service by Farheen who coordinated everything end to end and by Bilal who delivered the car after a wash. Would strongly recommend!

Overall professional service

My battery got ultimately drained and needed for a change. I called Battmobile but and was advised that prices are good. When the delivery guy came, we talked about the prices and negotiated. At first, he was asking 980AED for an 80ah battery.

Due to extreme heat outside and i needed to go to work, we agreed for 780AED. Still overpriced for the same battery he supplied.

Your team, is advertising free installations, free checkup but when its going for payment your technician will say that the payment is inclusive of installations, vat, delivery.

If anyone is looking for battery delivery with honest staff and not thinking about their commission, think again if you will contact this company.

The car was picked up THREE (3) times because it kept coming back with more issues. They could not even identify that the wheels were not aligned. The issues were not fixed even though I paid twice.

I took the car for the First Major service at 25.000km, They had my car for a week for the service but it came back with more issues. Sent the car back 2 times but still they cannot even do a basic wheel alignment properly for fix the stalling issues.

Also — I sent the car with a lot of fuel — but the tank came back empty and they say it’s used in “TEST DRIVE”, I don’t know what kind of test drive uses 300km of fuel?

I PAID for service packages when I bought a battery with them months ago but I won’t even get to use them all because they really messed up the first service I trusted them with. I do not recommend them at all. I will not be going back to them even though I had paid in advance for about 5 services combining about 2 major services and 3 minor services.

Don’t buy their service packages. Don’t send your car to them for servicing, you will regret it.

⛔️⛔️Very disappointing experience. The battery price was not clearly disclosed before installation. I was charged AED 950, and after a AED 100 discount, I still paid AED 850.

After comparing market prices, I found that the same battery type and the same brand costs around AED 350, including home installation. This means I paid approximately AED 500 extra for the exact same battery with the same brand name, which is a very large and unexplained price difference.

I believe there is a lack of transparency regarding pricing. I recommend that everyone ask for the final price in advance and compare it with market prices before agreeing to the service.

تجربة مخيبة للآمال جدًا. لم يتم توضيح سعر البطارية قبل التركيب. تم تحميلي مبلغ 950 درهمًا، وبعد خصم 100 درهم دفعت في النهاية 850 درهمًا.

بعد مقارنة الأسعار السوقية، وجدت أن نفس نوع البطارية ونفس العلامة التجارية (نفس البراند) سعرها حوالي 350 درهمًا شامل التركيب في المنزل. هذا يعني أنني دفعت حوالي 500 درهم إضافية مقابل نفس البطارية بنفس الاسم التجاري، وهو فرق سعر كبير جدًا وغير مفهوم.

أرى أن هناك نقصًا في الشفافية بخصوص الأسعار. أنصح الجميع بطلب السعر النهائي مسبقًا ومقارنته مع أسعار السوق قبل الموافقة على الخدمة.

Purchased a battery for my bike in April (2026). By July it had failed and would not hold a charge at all. Battmobile provided another battery but failed to honour the warranty clearly stated on my receipt from April. Charged me another 200 Dhs more than the original battery in April for tye same type. Feel very cheated. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me on the phone. Suggest you avoid at all costs.

Very poor experience.
My vehicle was with the company for service when a speeding fine was issued.

Despite multiple calls, messages, and promises that I would receive a call back, no clear update has been provided and my messages are now not being answered.
