I ordered wall soap dispensers and got what I ordered. I was delighted to order from an Irish company, actually based in Ireland. It's a pity more people don't look for goods in Ireland instead of buying from Amazon.. Jeff Bezos has more than enough money.. I don't want to give him any of mine

Hi Maciek,
I'm sorry to hear that you are unhyappy with your recent experience.
However goods were returned with some damage. A restocking fee was deducted and the balance refunded. This is part of our standard T&Cs with a change of mind in such condition.
If we can assist any further please email sales@bathroomstore.ie
Kind Regards,
