Delay in Delivery and Lack of Communication
I placed an order for sanitary equipment approximately two weeks ago; however, only the electric heater for the towel rail was delivered, without the towel rail itself.
The delivery date has been rescheduled 4–5 times. I attempted to contact FedEx to understand the reason for the delay, as I need to place additional orders and want to determine whether this issue is exceptional or likely to recur.
Unfortunately, calls to FedEx are handled by an automated system, and my attempts to reach an operator resulted in waiting for approximately 30 minutes without any response.
Overall, there appear to be significant issues with the delivery process.
