Had a problem with a 3 month old towel rail radiator bought from them through Ebay.
Their customer service is second to none. Polite, helpful, no delays or quibbles.
They took my circumstances into account (we are elderly and my wife is disabled) and made the whole process simple and quick. Full marks to these nice people

They fob you off with delivery dates and no I’ve requested a refund they are trying to fob me off with that too. They have my money and I have no goods!

Shocking service by Bathrooms4less
Shocking service by Bathrooms4less and they courier company (E-Logostix).
Ordered new basin and toilet furniture last week - was advised delivery today by 11AM - 22/01/26.
I have spent all day chasing both companies and still no delivery at 4.40pm
I now have no toilet facilities with a young family for the next 24hrs and now delivery will now be Friday 23/01/26.
Both companies now not answering my telephone calls - shocking behavior!!
I've now lost 2 days work and double plumber costs for today and tomorrow.
I would NOT recommend Bathrooms4less to anyone looking to purchase any goods from this company.

Good delivery And good communication with company. Did not realise it was a flat pack.i thought chipboard was out of use now days mdf would have been better instructions was rubbish.at least they numbered the boards.have not put it together yet but try at weekend

Multiple breaches of Consumer Rights Act
They change delivery times constantly and show up at your door WITHOUT the parcel. Then leave the package outside your house at 23.30pm in the rain whilst forging a signature to say you signed for it. They send the wrong colour out and it has been over 30 days, they have the parcel back and I have still not been refunded. They offered me £10 to keep the wrong item colour (I ordered white and they sent black) the black item is actually £20 cheaper than the white one and £10 works out at 4% discount of the item price.
I am in the process of a credit card chargeback claim. Unreasonable company and google search shows they do the same to everyone. They are in multiple breaches of the customer rights act and still don't seem to care.
Once they have your money they do not care. They use a courier called E-Logistix and they are TERRIBLE.
I ordered via B&Q not realising it was supplied by Bathroom Bubbles/Bathroom 4 You otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.

Ordered a bath set. Gave a delivery date within 5 days. Driver rings to say he doesn't have full contents, doesn't turn up. Complain to bath 4 less, not heard anything back.

400mm Corner Vanity
Unfortunately first vanity unit arrived very damaged. After a few emails back and fourth a replacement was dispatched. This arrived without damage. Happy with purchase and the price I paid. Would buy from again.

misold me a £200 unit without a tap and wont listen to reason, offered me £10 for the tap that should of come with the unit.
Tried bribing me and has argued the feedback I left on the Amazon site.
Not only are they dishonest they wont give a toss once they have your money.

Order dumped in the front garden after…
Order dumped in the front garden after emailing to ask when it would be delivered as no updates. I am 79 years old and it arrived early morning after only being advised by email the night before and nobody to help me move it
One cabinet was faulty and over the phone they promise they are sending a replacement and by email they deny any contact or receipt if photos Company is diabolical and just messed us about now for a month with no resolution
