Bathrooms4less are an outstanding company. the quality of the items was extremely high and the staff were so helpful and went over and above. nothing was too much trouble for them. Their customer and after sales services were outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to any potential new customers. i will certainly be buying from them again and i have already directed my friends and colleagues to them. my friends said that the items have transformed my bathroom and i love it too.

Arrived Damage Terrible Customer Service
7Vanity cabinet arrived part made up, with some fixings and dowels in place and broken off. The bags of remaining fixings were torn open and so they were rattling around in the package. Some polystyrene was also missing, so the panels were freely moving around against the screws and most were scratched. The handles were missing completely, along with some other fixings. The instructions were completely wrong, meaning when you followed them, some stuck out and others weren't long enough. Until we realised the print errors it was completely wonky. The plumber was on double time over easter weekend, so persevered, but we're left with a scratched vanity, with no handles, and no drawer front due to missing fixings.
Customer service response.... we'll send you £20 buy your own handles and fixings. I can't even buy the 5 handles for £20, let alone cover my time, fuel, inconvenience and the other fixings. And it does nothing to compensate for a scratched vanity in a condition I wouldn't give £50 for at a car boot.
I wouldn't touch this company with some else's dirty barge poll.
Update. I have now been promised a replacement. They have since been helpful and polite and I will update when the replacement is received.

While we rely on third-party courier partners for our deliveries, we take full responsibility for the condition in which our products reach our customers. It is clear that the handling in this instance fell far below our standards, and we are currently investigating this with the carrier to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Furthermore, please accept our apologies that our initial compensation offer did not reflect the severity of the damage or the inconvenience to your installation schedule. We aim to be a company that makes things right, and we clearly missed the mark with our first response.
We are pleased that our team has since been able to provide a more helpful solution by arranging a full replacement. We are doing everything we can to ensure this second unit is handled with the utmost care and arrives in perfect condition.

I have never experienced such bad…
I have never experienced such bad service from a company as I have from Bathrooms4less. The order was delivered in good time, the product was fine. However, that's where it ends. My plumber informed me I had ordered the wrong taps, my fault, my problem. I sent them back with the postage label provided on their website and spent nearly £9 on tracked postage as requested. I waited and waited. No word of confirmation that the taps were returned and certainly no refund forthcoming. ( I checked the tracking information online and they had been delivered in a couple of days. ) After 2 weeks I started phoning and sending emails asking for my refund of nearly £100. But to say the customer service is appalling is an understatement. I was told several times by different people to send copies of my purchase receipt and proof of postage, each time being put on hold while presumably looking into it.
Eventually after 4 weeks, I was assured a refund will be given in 3-5 days. Again, nothing and after another week or so and at my wits end, I contacted my bank who were marvellous and got my money back in a few days. Companies like these should not be able to continue in this way. Occasionally you have to send items back, and to be put through this kind of behaviour is stressful and unnecessary.

the instrutions are wrong on the first picture it said do this and the numbers were in the wrong order that was the first mistake the when I was putting the draw runners on the markings for the runners were in the wrong place so I had to adjust so that I could finish the job

Shockingly poor service
I purchased a Hudson Reed vanity unit with basin. Product arrived about 2 weeks later but was missing the basin. I was told the basins were no longer available and offered a £10 refund (which is insulting as the vanity unit alone would have cost me much less). Appointment was made for a collection, which was cancelled at late notice. I eventually received a refund after several weeks.

If I could give minus ten stars I would - Dreadful customer service dreadful attitude when cabinet arrived very bashed dented and clearly faulted - They had the nerve to offer me £5.00 discount to keep the dented cabinet, the nerve of these people I declined and requested a new cabinet they had the cheek to then offer me £10.00 discount. This went on until I contacted B & Q who sell these goods on behalf of this company who then agreed to send me a new parcel - The courier company they use have are also a disgrace they have messed me around time after time not delivering the replacement parcel when arranged and ringing up while I was at work demanding I go home to accept delivery this is NOT acceptable behaviour the delivery man is very rude he has not delivered parcel as promised today that is one more day loss earning - so thats one day off work with no pay and he refuses to tell me when he will deliver my long overdue parcel I paid £150.00 for Beware of this happening to you - B & Q should cease trading with them they are an absolute shambles and a total disgrace
