Excellent customer service
I purchased a toilet and soft closing seat from this company and requested a replacement as the soft close function stopped working. This was approximately a year after the purchase. Albert who assisted with this sent a replacement straight away with no quibbles. The replacement seat had a fault so Albert sent me another replacement immediately which was functioning correctly. There were no quibbles from the company. I was not sure if they would agree to replace it after such a long period. However, Albert was swift to respond, kept me updated on the progress and was very polite and helpful. I would be happy to use this company again.

I know there are some bad reviews here but I have to say that my interactions with Albert at Bathroom2kitchen were very positive. Including cancelling an incorrect order and sending a very expensive shower unit back. It was all delt with very quickly and very professionally, including all the courier booking.
Bought items which were in stock as per…
Bought items which were in stock as per the website. There were 6 of the items in stock, I bought 5. I went back to check the website it said 1 remaining, which gave me confidence that I would get the items. I paid extra money for quick postage which was guaranteed. I got an email from this scam company saying that items were not in stock as per the website. This is false and this company is a total scam. If you are serious about trades do not order anything from this useless company. Thier attitude towards me as a customer was wrong and advised to talk to whoever I want to report them. They told me I would get my money back whenever. Don't use them for anything. I wouldn't buy a second hand wasp from this company, if you could even call them that. No phone contact either. Says alot.
Extraordinary support - Thanks Albert
Despite initial hesitation due to some negative reviews my experience with Bathroom2Kitchen turned out to be exceptionally positive.
Unfortunately we received on of the item damaged during transits , we share relevant evidences.after-sales support was outstanding my request was assessed on priority , I want to especially commend Albert for his extraordinary service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved, with proactive follow-ups I'm very happy with my decision to order from Bathroom2Kitchen.
Avoid, buy from someone else
I purchased a fairly expensive toilet suite from this company via manomano. After just a few months of use the toilet seat (not lid) broke, they rejected replacement under warranty and suggested we misused it by sitting on it

After the threat of this review they did in the end send a replacement seat. would never use them again as they don't play fairly

Do not use this company we ordered via ManoMano not realised it was this terrible company delivering from overseas. They fo not follow trading standards rules. We are having house renovations that were delayed so although we confirmed receiving the toilet when our plumber went to fit it it was damaged - the company literally said that’s your tough luck you can order another one with 5% off. No thanks, why would we want to order from you again to receive another damaged product from a company with such poor customer service. Customer is always wrong is how they view it!
This company is terrible
This company is terrible! The website showed the item as in stock, but after 4 weeks it wasn't delivered. There is no phone number and they take many days to reply to emails. I finally cancelled the order but they still have not refunded, several weeks later! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a toilet seat which arrived damaged. After reaching out to bathroom2kitchen I was advised to dispose of the broken seat and I would be refunded. Nearly 4 weeks later I haven’t received the refund and they are ignoring my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great product and great price delivery on time
This company were offering the the product I wanted at the best price. It arrived on time. Can't fault them at all and would use again

Found that the soft close seat was damaged when I opened the perfectly packaged part. I contacted B2K, who are refusing to replace the part. Have now raised a dispute with my creditcard company.

I have had a problem with the order
I have had a problem with the order. Sent them a number of emails. No reply whatsoever from Customers Service. Appalling after services services. NEVER use them!

Asked to return an unused tap. They agreed but wanted me to use their courier but then asked me to wait almost a week to send a label and arrange a collection. I agreed. Then took a while to process the refund. Got an email that it was done but still no funds to my account. I used a credit card but they said they refunded my paypal account (they don’t have my oypal details). More than a month on and still waiting for my money. Opening a case with Amex as I doubt they’ll ever resolve it.

Customer service is appalling, my tap was collected and apparently sent to the manufacturer(Grohe) to see why it failed.
My claim was denied with no explanation. I spoke with Grohe and was told they had not received the product.
I can only assume they sell inferior items which are not genuine parts.

We had hoped to start using this company to offer our clients that little bit extra saving but I would suggest spending that little more for peace of mind else where.

Purchased a grohe cistern and toilet set generally the grohe products come with 5yr warranty when received noticed the toilet seat and loo was some swiss company had everything thing fitted thinking it would be fine 2weeks after fitting the seat broke it originally Purchased end of december so the fitter came came in January come February the seat had broken when I sent the picture they blamed it on the fitter even though it broke weeks after fitting I offered to purchase one and was told I had to purchase the toilet as it comes as a package told them there advert is misleading as it was sold as a grohe product please be aware what you are purchasing from this company definitely would not recommend 👎👎👎👎

Ordered a shower which said 1 item in stock to be told it’s not in stock. Have been told delivery will not be for at least 6 weeks. I have demanded my money back as this is clearly a scam company.
Fast delivery and great customer service
Really smooth order, fast delivery and had very good support when an item was faulty and needed an extra part to fix. It is when things go wrong when you can tell a good company with great customer service apart from the others!
