I supported NEX-Forms early and purchased multiple licenses through Envato, expecting long-term usability based on how the product was sold.

Following their removal from Envato, all existing licenses were effectively invalidated. Users are now required to purchase a new license under their own platform just to continue receiving updates or support.

There is no real migration solution for previous customers. No grandfathering, no transition plan — just a reset that shifts the cost entirely onto users.

This isn’t about whether Envato caused the situation. It’s about how it was handled afterward. Long-time customers were not protected in any meaningful way.

If you’re evaluating this product, understand that what you buy today may not be honored tomorrow if their platform or business model changes again.

I bought this plugin with lifetime license but they moved and asking now more money for it. Scammers company.

I feel scammed and will warn everyone from now on about this company and the people who run it.

I have bought this plugin with lifetime promises... but suddenly they move it to another platform for money and NO license for us who already payed

ALSO, plugin was always buggy, and i have had SOOO many support tickets.

And its been full of "promotion" to buy and upgrade.. so annoying

PLEASE dont buy. I've regretted it so many times even though when you get it to work its nice.

Scammers sold a plugin, two years have passed, they deleted the plugin and are asking for money for the same "new" one on a different page, in fact, they are selling the same thing but more expensive
