This company is all around special in every way. The community is amazing to say the least, being able to have so much positive energy from fellow brothers and watching them grow along there journey!! Incredible!!! I love how Fabian does the workouts with you and pushes you to do you best, and encourages you to not give up and fight to change, and be healthy. I've been using these workouts on and off since 2021 I believe and love that there 4 days a week and about 25 minutes of intense workout and your done. I use the bands and dumbells. Multiple different programs gives you choices. I would say this is an all around great company, and I've have a wonderful experience.

I can’t say enough about Basement Beast. I’ve loved every single workout program, and Fabian has been a huge motivator in helping me commit to a new lifestyle that I’m now nearly 5 years into. This program has truly transformed my life and gotten me into the best shape I’ve ever been in.

I’ve been an athlete my whole life and have followed plenty of training regimens, but nothing has ever worked as well as this. The workouts are simple, effective, and designed in a way that makes it easy to stay consistent—which is why I’ve stuck with it for so long. Basement Beast isn’t just a program, it’s a game-changer.

I can no longer access my account or the workouts for the women's program called Baddies. The site is up, RapidPhysique.com aka BasementBeast but there are no other products being sold like they used to have like supplements and clothing. The contact us tab goes to Zen Desk which states that the company, Rapid Physique, is no longer using there services. I've sent multiple emails beginning 2.5 weeks ago with no response from the 2 email addresses that I have. Plain and simple the company no longer exists and anyone who paid for lifetime memberships have been ripped off.

Basement Beast and Fabian Petrina's team are the best program and products I have ever experienced! Keeps me motivated and wanting more for myself. Thank you so much Basement Beast! I have only praise...I will definitely recommend this program to everyone I know.

I really liked the basement beast program. It’s not the first time I pay for training program but this one is the best I had till now. I also love that we have a Facebook group to help each other.

I was looking for a program to start taking care of myself, that will help me begin a healthier diet and habits and this was the place to go. Exercises where challenging but not impossible to do, the instructor always give you options to match to your level of phisicallity without getting hurt, the diet was exactly what I asked, I have some special requirements due to being diabetic type 1, they took my comments into account and my food suggestions too. Diet was the easiest to cook and prepare I've seen so far, also got some new flavors and ingredients I haven't tried before so I really loved the diet of this program. I had a couple of issues with my account but the support team was able to fix them in less than a day. Overall I feel very thankful I gave the 45 day beast transformation challenge an opportunity and I will continue doing healthier choices going forward.

I played football in college and coasted off my hard work there as I entered grad school and then the work world. As the intensity of my career picked up and that became my focus, I was eventually faced with the reality that it had been more than ten years since I had seriously worked out. I was in terrible shape, had gained a ton of weight, and I was too embarrassed to even return to a gym. I saw a Facebook ad for the Basement Beast program and decided to try it.

Fabian has an excitement for getting you in shape that is completely infectious, and his challenging, short-duration workouts of 22 to 24 minutes were something that I could make time for in my busy schedule. I started with the 12-Week Transformation, and redid some of the workouts after I completed the program. Over 18 weeks, I ended up losing more than 50 pounds and dropping six pants sizes.

The program was completely transformational. Fabian has built an incredible community across social media platforms of other people going through these workouts to help you stay focused and motivated, and it makes a huge difference. Of all of the products and programs I've ever come in contact with, none have ever made a difference the way that this one has. It is worth every penny and I found it to be an absolutely incredible value.

I have had numerous people ask what I did to get in shape and I have recommended this program to everyone I can because it is amazing.

I am part way through week six of Basement Beast.
I have tried many different programs, but I've never had one that effects changes so quickly.
Without the usual gym equipment, for the first time in a long time, I already feel my body getting firmer, and especially in areas that weren't firm before, like my core. My clothes are fitting better, and I can see I'm starting to look better. This is a great foundation to build upon.
One of my favorite parts is that the routine is 20 minutes. There's no time to get bored with the exercises, and no excuses, because we can all find 20 minutes in a day.
Another favorite aspect is that the exercises are done based on time spans, rather than numbers of sets and reps. This is especially helpful because it forces you to hit your maximum capability for each exercise.
Most people don't know how to choose how much resistance they should use when counting traditional reps and sets. Continuous work for a period of time takes away that guesswork.

I’ve been using Basement Beast for a couple of years. To me, the variety of workouts is the best part of the program. I don’t get bored so I’m working out almost every day and seeing results. Fabian is a fun and knowledgeable instructor which also makes the workouts interesting. Finally, the workouts aren’t overwhelming from a time perspective. Because I can complete them in 25 or so minutes a day, they are easy to fit into my schedule.

It is definitely not for amateurs. I am sure it would be usefull for someone who already is working out on quite regular basis, but not for someone who is overweight and starts from zero. There is no explanation how to do those workouts in a safe way and I almost injured my shoulder while 2nd day. I am 110kg 36yo and I can say that it is way too hard for me. Going to search for something to get the basics and than maybe go back to this one but for now I am asking for a refund.

This program is the real deal!! I've tried several fitness programs...Insanity, P90X, 21 Day Fix etc! No program has ever come close to delivering the results I have achieved in this amount of time. I've lost 40 pounds and gained significant definition, stamina and strength since mid November with a small break taken over the holiday season! If you're on the fence, it's okay, I was too but believe me it's worth every second...Even with Fabian's horrible jokes!!

So extremly surprised!! This is by far the Best home workout program i have ever tried! I workout out less then I have done previosly, but i get better and faster resaults! Really good Training and great coaching!

I needed a program I could stay consistent with traveling on the road and I have been doing it for one month and had amazing results. I'm not sure about the weight exactly but I've lost 4 inches from my waist and feel so much better already. It's quick and to the point. I feel like this will finally be a lifelong habit. I've been a member of Basement Beast since 2020, and it's been a huge positive change in my life. I feel like I have a clear road map and can consistently take steps in my journey towards a better, healthier self. It's such a positive and well-directed program, and I'll stick with it forever even once I meet my goals.
