Despite being reluctant in the beginning, I bought a pair of boots to Portugal in December 2025 and, even with Christmas, there was no problems with the order. It took 13 days to arrive.
In the order email, the shop did not provide any carrier link to follow the shipping. In my opinion they can improve it to looks more reliable.
I also contacted the support team by email and they provide quick answer with some shipping details. Thus, the support works well.

I rated with 4 stars because is space to improve. However, I am satisfied with the service.

Mijn ervaring met basecamp was heel positief. Ik bestelde in belgie op 31/12/25 en kreeg mijn order op 12/01/26 aan. Ik snap dat er met de feestdagen wat vertraging kan gebeuren wat ook geen enkel probleem was. Puntje van kritiek is wel, de mails die ik aankreeg hadden weinig info en kon op geen enkel moment zien hoever mijn bestelling stond. Hoop dat dit in de toekomst verbeterd word maar ik zal zeker nog bestellen bij basecamp!

Great experience and great buy - everything correct, on time, very safe, lots of information by the Customer Service and just a few days from the shop to my house.
Basecamp-shop represents PATAGONIA products with great prices and lots of choice, also from other brands - to repeat, really.

I bought a kids Patagonia rain bib with 50% reduction - I worried this was too good to be true and I would never get the product. I got 3 emails from the shop - order reviewed, order processed and order shipped. The promo code didn't work as the products were final discount. The shipping from Bulgaria to Ireland was relatively expensive but all in all the 50% reduction still made it much cheaper than anywhere else. The shipping was slow but within the AI estimate I found for that journey. There's no tracking so you just have to wait it out. I was not in a major hurry and the items arrived well packed. All in all, this is a legit company and I got a good deal. Tracking would have been nice but tracking doesn't make the item come any faster. I hope this review helps people who use this shop to know what to expect.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago, item was marked as delivered when I hadn't received it....I contacted customer support, they told me as far as they were concerned it was delivered and I had signed for it, luckily I was out of the country on the delivery date and had proof.

I submitted this proof to basecamp who then started a dispute with the courier company (still no item delivered or refund processed), I agreed to give them 5 working days to rectify, this came and went and they stopped answering communications, still no product, no refund and no communications answered.....Horrific customer service , have now started a dispute process with Visa to try get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs!

J'ai découvert ce site par hasard, cherchant un modèle précis de doudoune Patagonia. J'ai eu des doutes en voyant le site qui ne paraît pas professionnel et m'a fait penser à une arnaque. N'ayant trouvé nulle part ailleurs la doudoune, je me suis malgré tout lancée dans l'achat et je suis ravie de mon choix ! Commande passée le 28 septembre er reçue le 7 octobre. Le support client a été ultra réactif quand j'ai demandé le numéro de suivi de colis. Les prix sont ultra intéressants. Je réitèrerai un achat sans problème.

I have no problem with purchase my order from Basecamp web shop, fast shipment- 4 day to Croatia, only downside is not instant mail comunication with support service like with other sellers, dispute wroten, my recomendation for the seller.

After I found this store on Google offering -50% prices on Patagonia, I started wondering how legit the website was. Then I came across a Reddit thread about same topic and decided to give it a try. Well, everything went great - I’d give it 5 stars. They shipped the order the next day, and it arrived in The Netherlands within a week. I can definitely recommend this website. The only issue might be finding your size on sale 🤪

Really helpful! Gave advice and had all the shoe sizes so you could compare brands. Lots of help with choosing the right walking boots. I won't go any where else in future

Alles bestens, den Shop kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Die Ware ist innerhalb von 6 Tagen aus Bulgarien angekommen, genauso wie bestellt. Gute Kommunikation während des Vorgangs.

Ich warte seit über einer Woche auf meine Tracking Number, obwohl meine Bestellung seit 5 Tagen unterwegs ist. Zudem wurde mir durch den Support drei mal ein anderer Tag genannt, an dem ich dir besagte Nummer bekommen würde. Nach 3 vermeintlichen Tagen wurde ich weder kontaktiert, noch habe ich irgendeine Idee was mit meiner Bestellung ist. Ich rate dringend von dem Shop ab.

Bestellabwicklung in Ordnung, Ware kam in wenigen Tagen. Leider passte die Jacke nicht und ging für 14 € Selbstkosten wieder zurück nach Bulgarien bzw. wurde mir eine Adresse aus Frankreich genannt, da dies angeblich günstiger sein soll, was nicht der Fall war.
Nach Wochen habe ich nun das Geld zurück erhalten, leider 20 € weniger als die Originalrechnung / Betrag. Ich warte noch auf Rückmeldung was hier schief gelaufen ist. Laut Homepage sind die Versandkosten kostenlos, hier ist kein Vermerk, dass diese bei einer Rücksendung nachträglich berechnet werden, was dann mit insgesamt 34 € der Hammer wäre.
