Jason and team are truly one of the most efficient people we have ever worked with. Very knowable in their markets and always keen to go the extra mile. As this was our first property acquisition in the UK, we were so overwhelmed with information and decisions to make. Jason was really good at helping us make sense of it all. Jason Tucker and his brilliant team made the process smooth and easy. The entire process took a few weeks. Jason has the calmest and best approach to delivering the options and T&Cs without stress. He took me through the entire property within his purview, and just after a couple of meetings via Zoom, we had a direction. Jason and his team also ensured that I met the deadlines for signing documentation and for other necessary actions. I highly recommend Baron & Cabot and Jason and his team without any reservations.

Hi,I had a great experience with Gavin who later informed me I will be talking to some Senior personnel.
When Tom called me to confirm meeting prior to the webinar; he was warm.
I was thinking we will be about 10 or 20; but no,it was a 1 on 1.I got a premium dedicated service.
Tom knows his job,first of all he made me comfortable, introduced himself as a dad and husband which is brilliant because he put a human face to the meeting.
He explained details and allowed me to ask questions and he was very patient.
Thank you for that great presentation Tom. If I had the cash in the bank I would have deposited in advance in readiness for a purchase.
