Dr Tuna and his team provide a first class service. Everything from initial enquiry to lots of pre booking advice with Patient Support Advisors, who are past patients of Dr Tuna.

Anna W, Lydia and Jo have been there for me throughout my experience and have become my friends, with Lydia and Jo accompanying me during my stay in Antalya. As did Furkan, the entertainer / translator. He made my stay so much fun.

The support doesn’t stop there, Dilek, is Bariatric and Beyond’s wonderful dietician and she has called me each week to see how I am doing. Gave me advice and helps me through making the correct choices going forwards.

Dr Tuna himself is the most personable, professional, caring and conscientious surgeon I have ever met. I believe his expertise and my will power have saved my life.

From start to finish, I had assisted travel with lydia, not only did I feel like I'd known her years after meeting her. She turned my anxieties into excitement about what's yet to come.
When I got to the hospital, it was like a hotel, very professional, didn't miss a vitals check, very friendly and welcoming. Made sure everything was translated if I needed. Dr tuna gave a hug to make me feel calm and safe before I had my surgery. He took care of everything along with his fantastic team. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and use the company again when needed and I would recommend to anyone and everyone. They are doing something right. After doing my research for 18months i clearly knew the surgeon i wanted to do my sleeve surgery, Dr Tuna Bileck. Reqching out to the team via social media, it was very straight forward, and after medical interviews with Dr i then chose assisted travel with Lydia, as i am very anxious person and being high bmi would hate to run through airports.
However i was not pressured, i was given the flight details to book and given space to digest all information. The process very straightforward. Meering at the airport i was welcomed like an admired member of the family, then taken veey good care of until returning home. I react to anesthesia, which the whole team took extra care of me, contacting family back home and literally spending time with me whilst i got through it. Dr Tuna is a caring gentleman with who speaks amazing english. The before tests picked up on few things, they sorted immediately with no extra costs..so kind & caring, i felt safe and cared for, that much so my family members are now booking to go. The only thing i would change right now is fast forward to see my results, but thats it. The hospital, you will see from their social media is out of this 🌎 and the staff are even better ✨. I was so well looked after. After travelling alone Dr Tuna put me at ease and I felt confident having the surgery. The nursing team couldn’t have done more and was visited my Dr Tuna each day I was there to there check on my progress. Once home my GP was impressed by the detailed notes that we were given and the minimal fading scars from keyhole. This surgery has changed my life. I did have a couple of queries post op from home. I sent message to the team and Dr Tuna replied the same day.

Amazing surgeon when I came back to the UK I took my notes to my GP practice and they were stunned, all in English full run down of the surgery and all of my tests. My GP said the best set of notes following a surgery she had ever seen including surgery in the UK. Dr Tuna will change your life for you and the team is always there to support you.

I chose Dr Tuna as he is without doubt the best surgeon in his field, I did many many months of research.

The hospital and staff were all amazing and super clean, nothing was too much for them.

The aftercare is amazing, I left with a pack with everything I needed and was and still am able to contact the team regarding any questions or if I need help with anything.

Excellent from start to finish. 18 months on I’m 10st lighter and running 10k’s. It took a lot of research to find this surgeon, but he’s the right guy. He’s highly skilled and not a typical Turkey tourist production line surgeon. Can’t recommend enough.

You hear so many horror stories about surgery abroad, but you never hear about the ones that go well. And because of these stories I did my homework and I couldn't find any bad reviews! This is how my choice was made.

From someone who works clinically and non clinically in the NHS in Great Britain (in Patient Safety), I would recommend this wonderful hospital and exceptional team to anyone. Dr Tuna?….what can I say…it is rare you find an excellent surgeon who also has an amazing ‘bedside manner’. Highly recommend Dr Tuna and his team for Bariatric surgery in Turkey. 2.5 years on and it's still the best thing I ever did. Both me and more recently my daughter had surgery in Turkey with Dr Tuna. We have collectively lost 14stone between us. Our lives have forever changed for the better. The care and attention we received was outstanding. Verity who supported me on my journey as the patient care assistant went above and beyond to support me when I flew to Turkey. Nothing was so much and I felt very well looked after. Both me and my daughter have transitioned well to life being sleeved and to date neither of us have had any problems. There is only one surgeon for me and that is Dr Tuna.

Felt very apprehensive re surgery especially as i was abroad because I dont react well to general anestetic, but Dr Tuna and his team reassured me that they would looked after me from start to finish. Which they did. He is an amazing surgeon and although my surgery was not straight forward the team rose to the challenge and I can't thank them enough. By the time I left, (3 days) i was in very little pain and the incision healed completely 2 weeks. I would recommend Dr Tuna to anyone wanting surgery abroad.

Dr Tuna Bilecik and his team were absolutely amazing! From the start me and my partner have been given tailored support. We’ve been assisted with ticket booking and given helpful and practical advice to ensure that our journey was smooth.
From the moment we landed we were looked after by the team. They were compassionate, caring and down to earth. The fact that coordinators are Dr Tunas past patients made a massive difference as they really knew what we are going through and were able to respond to our questions with confidence.
