If I could put zero stars I would have.
I order late summer and as of today 9/29 I still don’t have my order.
BUYER BEWARE!! They are terrible about replying and when they do they ask for me to wait it is on its way. They give me a date, that date comes and goes, still nothing!! Know they say they are reaching out to the local post office to see where the package is.
They haven’t refunded my $$ either, believe me I’ve asked!!

You could send the clothing i ordered about 6 weeks ago

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, THEY DON'T REPLY TO MY REQUEST FOR A REIMBURSEMENT.
THEY STOLE MONEY OF PEOPLE!

Placed my order on 08/05/2026 and still haven’t received it. It is now 09/23/2023. They told me it was delivered. I said I want actual proof as I am disabled and am home all the time plus I have cameras so I know for a fact it was never delivered. I told them I want a total refund. I haven’t heard a word from them since.

I ordered on July 4, 2026. and still haven’t received my order as of September 22, 2026. I have emailed them every couple of weeks and get told order on its way, be patient. First package they said got lost in transit and they sent second package supposedly but I don’t have it either. I have been patient enough. Give me my refund!

It is 52 days since I placed my order and every inquiry is preface with “ please be patient”. The tracking number was often shown as unknown and I have now been told it has been delivered! The last time I managed to track it, it appeared to be on its way back to China!! Total scammers, do not use them!!

Careful people. Same co. Just under a different new name. Their products are not quilted! Scammers. Don't fall victim.
