Had an issue with a fan in a server i bought from here a few months ago. Contacted customer service and they were very friendly and issued a replacement fan as soon as i was able to verify the issue was with the fan unit itself.

Bought a Quadro M4000 GPU from Bargain Hardware. After installing, there were some problems with it recognizing Monitors. I contacted Ben who helped me test the GPU to make sure all the ports were working okay. They were! Then he suggested various equipment/cabling tests I should do to identify the problem. Eventually I got to the root of the problem and am now happily all sorted!

Amazing customer support.
It always highlights how good a company is, not by the purchasing, but by the customer service you receive if things go wrong.
In this case it has been excellent. We had a server finally fail on us this morning, and I've just received notice that a new one has been built and dispatched tonight ready for delivery tomorrow.
They have exceeded my expectation I had for their service and would like to thank Ben especially, for the support, fault finding and way it has all been handled. You have won a new loyal customer.

I contacted bargain hardware with some questions before making a purchase and they were very helpful. I wanted to know what screens were available on refurb laptops. They configured the machine to the spec I wanted all easy to choose on the website including installing my favourite operating system (Debian) and it was easy to finish the setup (although it would have been nice to have the WiFi firmware installed). It was built and shipped very quickly with no issues and packaged perfectly so the machine arrived in great condition. I'm very pleased with the A grade refurb so far and I love the new streamlined lighter ThinkPad. I'm also impressed by the batteries which although a refurb still hold above 70% of original capacity. I actually was told by bargain hardware that the screen would be a WXGA model but I am pleasantly surprised to have received a full HD IPS screen on my laptop. I don't know if this was a bit of nice luck or if they went the extra mile and found an IPS screen for me. Either way I'm very pleased because although mostly for business use I work in a school of fine art and a better screen is a real advantage.

Fast shipping and good quality i recommand bargain hardware !

Recently signed up for an Open University course, and wanted something with a bit more power than my aging laptop on which to run the virtual machines which are to be part of the course / used for lab prep etc.

Lacking a huge amount to invest in new equipment and needing something which was affordable while offering sufficient drive slots, processor cores and memory slots I found Bargain Hardware offering refurbished units with an online configuration process which reminded me of the original process when buying from HP.

The good news:

Select the chassis / hypervisor you wish to use, and then pick and mix from the presented options to build your server.

Bargain Hardware offered a wide range of components, and I was able to purchase an HP DL380 G8 with mixed storage, enough ram to get me started as well as a matching Optical drive, cables and some spare fans all in one go.

I've got previous experience buying these items full price from HP - so was pleased to see that Bargain Hardware remove some of the compatibility questions novice buyers may be faced with when selecting items.

Ordered on a Tuesday evening, thanks to a discount code, saved a little more at checkout and the delivery costs were less than £10. Shipping confirmed on the Thursday, and equipment arrived on the Friday.

The better news:

Equipment arrived securely wrapped and boxed. The box didn't say HP, but it was sufficiently robust and it included proper packaging for a 2U server.

Unboxed, components checked - extra items wrapped well, and placed in box to the side of the server, and all as expected. I installed the optical drive added an 8GB SD card and now, having tweaked some BIOS and iLO settings, am installing ESXi onto the box.

Guess I have 12 months to find out how reliable the equipment is, however, so far, the experience has been one I need to recommend.

Having a company which has been doing this for a significant amount of time is more confidence building than taking a risk and buying with no warranty from a random E-bay listing.

I needed some trays for my RAM and CPU's and I saw that Bargain Hardware were selling these. I was able to get these using PayPal and it was quick and easy to do. The shipping cost was also good and the trays arrived quickly. I'm very happy.

Have bought from these folks before - very helpful and obliging in picking gthe right hardware for my budget.
Need some upgrades, and after a quick call, Sam in the sales team could not have been any more helpful in advising me of the options I needed. Top marks and highly recommended. Worth buying here for gthe adice alone, not just the decent prices.

Deux commandes passées un z640 avant le brexit sur lequel j'ai ajouté un ssd, une GTX1070Ti et une carte réseau et un z440 la semaine dernière.
Tout est parfait, les PCs sont montés dans les règles de l'art (pas de câbles qui trainent partout) et sans un grain de poussière.
Les prix sont aussi très corrects. Les PCs sont vendus hors taxes pour L'UE maintenant. Il faut ensuite payer la douane en France (20%) plus frais du transporteur.
J'ai aussi contacté le SAV, réponse rapide et cohérente avec ma demande.

Si vous cherchez des ordinateurs performants à un prix abordable, n'hésitez pas !

Bought a workstation to work from home due to Covid. Let's talk about the positives first:
1) Fast dispatch.
2) The cosmetic condition exceeded my expectation despite being labelled as Grade B.
3) Wide range of products available on the website.
4) Very knowledgeable staff.

It works fine apart from one thing: The third ram slot (out of eight) on the motherboard is dead. Whenever I put ram into that slot the machine just doesn't boot. I have to skip that slot and work around the problem, which means I cannot achieve the maximum capacity or speed. I was thinking, had I ordered more ram sticks, maybe Bargain Hardware would have discovered it, or they would have given me another motherboard...

[Updated 5Nov2020] I received a call from Ben from Bargain Hardware offering a replacement. I felt I'm partly responsible for it so I have to decline the offer. Besides, I cannot live without my PC even for a day!

Ben and I had a good chat and I really appreciate their customer service.

Parfait ! Rien à dire mise à part que tout est parfait

Brilliant experience all round. The purchasing process was super easy and I found their website really easy to navigate. The packaging the CPU was sent in was great, no chance of damage at all. Unfortunately I bought a CPU that didn't work with my PC and the refund process was so smooth, I had constant updates and quick replies to my messages from Ben. I had an authorised refund within an hour of my return delivery notificatoin. I can't fault them.

Excellent prices and they keep you up to date throughout the whole building and dispatch process. I'm really happy with the laptop I received.
