Excellent friendly service. Baby seat fitted correctly. You would be surprised how many companies fit it the wrong way round. Great car. Good value. Lots of space. Looking forward to some travelling.

Take a video of the whole car before driving!!!!!!!
They tried to charge me for a damage to the car that was pre existing. I sent them a dated video showing the damage was already there and they wanted more. If we didn't have the footage we would have to pay for something we didn't even do. They finally admitted they were wrong and didn't even apologies. I would probably use another rental car company next time.

All went well and great car, except...
ALl went well and great car. Only issues were I had to call a few times when I arrived as the number wasn't picking up. THen, he said he'd be there in 5 minutes but it was closer to 15 minutes, and I had to cal again at 10 minutes to see if he was still coming with the car. Whilst not major, also not the best experience when standing in the Tassie cold and read to go. To be fair, there is a line up for many of the other providers in the terminal and so there is also a wait there.

Highly Recommend!
There was a bit of back and forward calls to secure the booking. We didn’t realise that when booking are made on the website it’s just a reservation and then they call you to confirm it. Until then you don’t know wether you actually have a transport for sure. So that was annoying. But once confirmed the staff were always so helpful in answering questions and working to make things easier for us. For example instead of us dropping the car back where we picked it up, they organised someone to pick the car up from us at the airport. This was so helpful as it was a family holiday and we would of had to organise another transport to the airport. We are so greatful and will definitely use this company again.
