Excellent friendly service. Baby seat fitted correctly. You would be surprised how many companies fit it the wrong way round. Great car. Good value. Lots of space. Looking forward to some travelling.

Bad customer service
The 3 male staff members that greeted me at the airport were friendly enough until it was time to find the car I had hired. They said, "yeah it is out there!". No offer of assistance, no directions, just a jovial you'll find it!!! It wasn't the easiest place to find the car amongst all the other rentals parked in the parking lot. The car was unclean, we had issues with the passenger door alarming every time we went around a corner as there was an issue with the door mechanism. We told the staff and they were less than interested in this safety issue. It took 7 business days to have our deposit refunded. Overall poor experience

Very easy to book and good selection of vehicles to choose from. I booked only 1 week in advance and had a very diverse choice.

Car was not ready, waited an hour at the airport and had no choice but to accept a different car so i could get on with our holiday. I have never had to wait that long for a rental car.

I was given a smaller car than what I originally ordered at Devonport Tasmania. I was told that the cat that I was supposed to have broke down the day before. However I wasn’t given a refund for the down grade till now.

De car was very good. Pick up point hard to find because of a removal. Maybe a sign with a telephone number would be handy.
