Excellent friendly service. Baby seat fitted correctly. You would be surprised how many companies fit it the wrong way round. Great car. Good value. Lots of space. Looking forward to some travelling.

Not a full tank
Unfortunately the company do not ensure a full tank. We picked up a car late on a Sunday night & checked the exterior & then the fuel gauge. Only close to full mark & range advised 600klm. We filled up 3 times on our journey & each time registered over 810klm range when full. 200klm @ 10 litres per 100km av fuel use for a large 4wd we had made 20 litres short when picked up. At close to $2 a litre, that was a $40 shortfall. Not good enough. Customers that do the right thing are penalised. If you don't want to question customers or check the fuel gauge when cars are returned then at least fill up the tank properly for the next customer.

Great experience, car was nice and clean, matched what we booked, very competitive price and whilst they were super busy they moved everyone through effectively.

Good service on collection and return
Good service on collection and return. Bit disappointed with the MG and we should have opted for a larger car. Saying that, the MG did not let us down at any stage of our trip but it did not like hills, a bit underpowered.

Tassie holiday
Although the car we picked up was not what I’d selected (selected X-Trail, got Holden Equinox) it proved to be a good substitute. We picked it up in great condition, very clean etc and it served us (family of 4 with luggage) well for just over a week. Shuttle from the airport and pickup/drop off were all very quick and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful and shuttle bus driver was a (very brief) fun tour guide. Picked up in Launceston and dropped at Hobart airport a week later.

Bargain Rentals were terrific. Loved the Kia Carnival we booked.
The contact Rep in Devonport was hard to get a hold of when we arrived and again when we dropped off the car, otherwise great service
