Great customer service on picking up and dropping off car. We even got a complimentary life to the Airport via their Shuttle Bus. Our MG Sedan was spotless. Would recommend.

There was an issue with the pick-up at the airport. We were waiting in the wrong spot. However, maybe it was my own fault for not being prepared properly.
Other than that we were very happy about the cost of car hire and the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. When we needed to change the additional driver, due to an emergency, it was dealt with easily and efficiently. Thank you!

Great service, once you get over that they're not at the airport
Great service, speedy access to shuttle bus, if it's at the same end as yourself (otherwise allow up to 20 minutes wait).

Bargain Car Rentals challenges
We chose Bargain Car Rentals as they had the best price. However we booked them through a third party web-site. We were told when picking up the car, although we had opted for insurance, we would have to pay Bargain up front and the third party company would pay us after. Also, we had a flat battery on the last day, but were unable to make contact with Bargain for assistance. Fortunately, a good Samaritan helped us so we could get to the airport to catch our flight home.

Great value and all round good experience, again.
This is the second time we have rented from Bargain Car Rentals and for us the experience both times has been really positive. They are certainly great value for money, they were always polite to deal with and for us being picked up at the airport was a real bonus. The car was clean and tidy and suited us perfectly. Would happily rent from them again and also recommend them to others.

Rental car choices very good
Rental car was ready; I however needed a larger vehicle and they were able to provide one right away. New, clean and easy to get used to. Generally good interaction with representative.

Uncomplicated Rental
It was a quick pick up and drop-off process. They didn't try to sell us extra insurances even though we had booked via a third party.
