Satisfied! Great service! Your Little Handhelds saved a lot of lives in the NC Mountains after Hurricane Helene recently. I was directly Involved in handling radio traffic into and out of the area. This radio that I just ordered is to replace the UV 21 that I gave away to someone in the affected area. We have given aprox. 20 UV5R's to people in the mtns so far. And our private Testing group are starting to give away a new pre programmed HT to each new licensee when they pass their test. Thank you so much!

I had a software question and e-mailed Baofeng customer support. To be honest, I didn't really expect a reply compared to other companies I have e-mailed for assistance in the past. Much to my surprise this was the best customer service experience i've ever received. Olivia from the support team got back to me right away and made some suggestions. Not only did she give me great advice. She also e-mailed me back asking if everything was OK. I would highly suggest purchasing any communication equipment from this company as you know, they'll be there to support the product, which is something you rarely see these days .
