Total Lack of Communication

I have ordered a radio and the money as been taken out my bank but when I go on beofeng account its saying I have no orders

Purchasing easy, delivery quick that’s what your 2 stars are for. The radio was advertised as having AM band, it doesn’t. After 7 seven emails back and forth and sending them a video of the issue they asked me to program the radio via chirp, tried that it won’t read the radio, so they said to update firmware, they sent me a link via google drive but it needs a password, emailed them but no response it’s been a week now and nothing. Last baofeng radio I’ll buy, just purchased a few Tidradios, awesome customer service I’ll stick with them.

I bought radio amateur equipments through Baofeng website, they are a serious company, the delivery process went good and whenever you need to contact the customer service they answer back fast and efficiently.

A brilliant company that has most Baofeng products but sadly some can’t be bought in the uk 🇬🇧 and are available at Ali Express

Ordered another radio for my company but got it sent to my home address as I was planning on using it personally
There delivery courier service delivered it to the wrong address and then have admitted it was there fault but the won’t send a replacement or refund me and it’s a WE have your money and we don’t care That’s
Do you’re self a favour go with a better company

10 days after placing order and nothing.
Been told to wait ✋️

Get one of Amazon instead.

Price was excellent, the unit itself feels quality but emailed several times to understand delivery schedule but never got one reply, hence 4 stars

I’ve purchased two radios from them both 40 text normal for them to get back to you for your email and now waiting for a refund and don’t seem to get any answers from them

I've ordered a pair BAOFENG UV-82 on the 18th December, just before Christmas at it was delivered on the 30th December. Great price, product with all extra parts ordered, working great. Considering the price and product quality - superb service. And they even except Amex. :)

orderd a beofeng uv 5rh & tactical antenna
says 3 to 9 days on delivery on 10th day i worried about alot of bad reviews contacted by email and was told it was at a local post office and arrived that day all working well will use again replys was fast good products will use again
