I purchased some items from Banggood and they never arrived after 3 months. I've been shopping online for years from several other websites and I always receive my orders except from Banggood. I contacted the customer service via live chat and they keep asking me to wait and giving me the scripted replies that they use all the time. After a lot of chatting every other week they finally refunded some items and they didn't want to refund the 4 others (42645818, 43313829, 43038319, 43174165). When I sent emails asking why, they kept saying "to protect your account, we can not refund you. Have a good day"
That's so dumb. It looks like this is how they make money, by ripping you off and waste your time for months asking for your money. But I'm going to open a case in Paypal. I'm grateful I paid using Paypal.
Never buy anything from this website. Very poor service and poor communication.

Order was shipped 2/28/2018 and now they tell me it will be at least 60 days.Originally it was 7-20 business days.I will never ever order anything from banggood again.

I cancelled the order and they are not giving me a refund. The order number is 45867302 and i ordered on the 13th March and it is now the 11th April and still no refund, they don't even respond to my emails. Terrible website, do not buy of them

Ho anche io una esperienza che hanno avuto già tanti altri tempi di consegna biblici sembra che le spedizioni vengono fatte a cavallo.
Ho ordinato delle cose ho cercato di evitare di farmi spezzettare l'ordine
quindi un plico solo 15E di merce quindi neanche problemi di dogana dal 18
di febbraio siamo al 2 di aprile e non se ne vede l'ombra, penso che dopo Alibaba/express sia veramente il più lento. Poi la loro paraculagine sullo spezzetamento degli ordini loro ti dicono che cosi la merce arriva prima invece secondo me un disincentivo per non fare la spedizione a pagamento che dovrebbe esser un pò più rapida altrimenti ti trovi a spendere più di spedizione che di merce. Gli ho scritto mi hanno risposto che i tempi di consegna possono arrivare anche a 60 giorni (lavorativi) e no 35 come mettono loro su sito mi rivolgerò a Paypal per chiudere e farmi risarcire questa esperienza negativa.

J'avais quelques réticences pour ce site chinois concurrent d'AliExpress, Gearbest et d'autres. Réticences entretenues par des commentaires critiques lus ici où là. Eh bien, je consens à manger mon chapeau car j'ai commandé un smartphone à 350 € en croisant les doigts. Parti de HK le jour prévu c'est à dire le 15.03, arrivé parfaitement emballé à Roissy le 22.03 et livré à domicile le 24.03 sans aucune formalité supplémentaire. Difficile de faire mieux. Donc je recommande vivement ce site chinois moins connu et aux promos moins envahissantes que d'autres.

He comprado mucho en banggod , y mi experiencia era positiva ya que alguna cosa que llego rota, se me reembolso.+
Ahora he comprado un micro quad de 75 euros y no va bien.
Se lo digo y me dicen que mande un video que no he podido grabar por las condiciones.
hago mi valoracion de los productos recibidos , y solo publican las de 5 estrellas, la del quad no.
Pido explicaciones y no me contestan.
RECOMIENDO NO FIARSE DE LOS COMENTARIOS .

Il servizio è pessimo e lento... se poi hai problemi pretendono il reclamo a 30 giorni dalla spedizione, ma ci impiegano 35 giorni per consegnare.... assurdo!

Hey. İ have really bad experience with Banggod they stole almost 150 $ from me.

I bought Hubsan Hubsan H501S X4 PROFESSIONAL. That means they have to sent PROFFESSİONAL TRANSMİTTER. Order No: 27018655

They sent defective transmitter and i refund it. I sent it back.

And all problem started.
They sent transmitter but NOT PROFESSİONAL they sent a transmitter which doesn't work and just like a toy. Order No: 28676983

i sent mail and they said there is no different between them they controls drone :)) They think im s t u p i d. there are huge differents between two models. Range, conttrol buttons, batteries etc.

And passed 6 MONTHS. All summer is gone and almost winter came. İ never flied my drone. it is in the box.

And This is not all.
i paid tariff insurance while i ordered drone. And They didnt pay insurances, i paid all and they didnt refused tariff insurance.

I purchased a remote dog training shock collar and when it arrived the collar would work. I made the purchase from the United States warehouse. My sister-in-law bought the same collar at the same time and her collar didn't work also. I contacted Banggood and requested a return label so the product could be returned, they flat refused unless I produced a video and sent it to them first. I filed a dispute with paypal.com. Banggood offered ma a $3 refund if I would close the dispute? I paid $17 for the collar. (I know, it was cheap, should have expected junk)

They admitted to paypal.com that they refuse to refund the money to me, so I won the dispute. But I have to ship back to China, NOT to the place I purchased the collar from in the United States ( COMPTON, CA 90220 ) - It woull cost me more than the collar, so I guess I am just screwed. But I am going to be sure to spread the word about the treatment you can expect from there company.

Последний раз, заказав полетный контроллер на нем не работал Бэк на 5V. Отправил в службу поддержки видео, со мной быстро связались и выслали новый товар на замену бракованного без проблем. Огромное спасибо этому магазину за лучший сервис!!!

I made a mistake before ordering: I missed checking Banggood's size chart. Thus received a small size pair of shoes...
I wrote the situation to Banggood's customer service and a reply came soon. They were sorry about it and suggested to give it to somebody - that was the way how my brother-in-law got a new pair of shoes... :-)
On top of all that, without request, Banggood offered to pay back the half price for me. And the money has arrived!
This was a very polite and generous process, thank you for it! I suggest using Banggood's services to all to-be customers from my whole heart!
