34 days ago, I bought a phone, paid extra for EU priority line shipping, with the phone coming within 7-15 business days. Today I wait 34 days and still do not have a phone. I receive the tracking number for the shipment but the shipment cannot be tracked, it is still stuck in China as it was in the beginning. The responses to my communications remain the same as all copied, I can not cancel the order

Customer service sucks, I received my package but was defective. I ordered the parts to fix it from Bangnotgood. Installed the parts and it worked for about a week.. After back and forth emails pre typed. With no satisfaction or no satisfaction in sight I will let them waste my time anymore.. uninstalled app, deleted account.

Tracking number given was bogus so I was a bit worried. When I placed the order I was given a shipping time of 8 days, and when I received the order confirmation it magically increased to 30 days. (which, to be honest, was more what I was expecting for a $1 delivery fee)

I did receive my item in perfect condition 3 weeks later, so it was not an entirely unpleasant experience. Not sure how it survived based on the flimsy cardboard packaging, but it did. (it was glass)
If you order from here, just make sure you don't need it fast, or within the stated shipping time.

This was my first order from Banggood, normally order this kind of stuff from Wish but it was unavailable. I would be willing to give them a second chance if I had to, but they will probably not be my first choice of suppliers.

Købte et tastatur, vidste godt vente tiden var lang. Men det med jeg så får pakken med en seddel hvor der står at der er fejl med W tasten gør mig rasende. Hvordan kan overhovedet tænke at sende et ødelagt keyboard. Det giver jo ingen mening! Det simpelt hen for ringe. frarøder at køber her fra!

Ho acquistato un tablet Chuwi Hi9 Air da questo portale. Spedizione discretamente veloce, imballaggio ok, il tablet è quello descritto sul sito. Solo che: mi accorgo subito che la fotocamera anteriore non va, nel senso che ho fatto diverse prove; con la fotocamera stock (app di sistema) manca il pulsante per cambiare fotocamera (da posteriore ad anteriore e viceversa), ho installato altre app di terze parti e idem, non rilevano la camera anteriore, ho installato un benchmark che indica tutte ma proprio tutte le caratteristiche e componenti hardware del dispositivo e manca la fotocamera anteriore, anche se in realtà sul tablet fisicamente la fotocamera c'è. Penso che sia un problema di driver/firmware. Contatto l'assistenza clienti di Banggood.com sia tramite chat che tramite e-mail (ho scritto e risposto a loro per ben 3 mail) e mi hanno suggerito di ripristinare il dispositivo alle impostazioni di fabbrica ma gli ho risposto di averlo già fatto, poi mi hanno detto di provare con altre app ed anche quì ho risposto di aver già provato. Insomma, chiedo il reso o la sostituzione del prodotto e non mi hanno più fatto sapere nulla, premettendo che io ho comunicato a loro il malfunzionamento del tablet dopo 5 minuti dalla consegna dello stesso. Risultato: nessuna soluzione risolutiva da parte loro e alla richiesta di reso non hanno ancora risposto. Non ricomprerei più da loro, anche se inizialmente mi sembrava un portale più affidabile. Fate vobis.

They are provided fake information about delivery terms. While in description is provided 1 - 2 delivery time, delivery times takes 10 days. From China delivery time takes almost 2 months then in delivery they are provided max 24 days. Second one they are refuses to refund money for lost items. As they say "fell free to wait 30 days" Also they can cancel order with no reason, to sell out of stock items. And NEVER trust that are wiring chat support - they are pathetic liars always trying to avoid problem but no to resolve. For example - if you will place order and for some reason you will ask to cancel (for example wrong address) so they will refuse to cancel item because "its ready for shipping" but doesn't matter if order is placed just 2 minutes ago. Talking about shipping time - they can shipp out from them place after 3 days (in description is write 24 hours after payment) Actually they absolutely not care about them clients. If you want get poor service with lying custom support - banggood is for you.

And surprise, wait actually works i guess..

Nel giro di una settimana acquisto due droni: uno su Amazon per un valore di 30 euro circa e uno su Banggood per 350 euro.

Esperienze a confronto:
- Amazon (da Cina, ordine effettuato il 15/01/2019): in prevendita, tempi di elaborazione alla spedizione: 2/3 giorni, arrivo dell'oggetto a destinazione: non dichiarato; in postvendita, confermati i tempi di elaborazione e arrivo dell'oggetto a destinazione tra il 1 e l'11 febbraio; il 16, in 24h, ricevo una mail che mi avverte della partenza della spedizione e del numero di spedizione, il controllo del tracking conferma l'informazione e da quel momento in poi vedo aggiornamenti, tanto sul sito di Amazon che su qualsiasi sito di tracking, sulla posizione del pacco ogni 24 ore circa (passa da Shenzen, poi Hong Kong), in circa 6 giorni arriva in europa, il 21 vengo avvertito di un ritardo a seguito di controlli alla dogana in Olanda, l'assistenza Amazon mi rassicura che sono controlli di routine, il 25 arriva in Italia (ora è a Bologna, posso anche sperare che arrivi in settimana, anche in anticipo!!!).

- Banggood (da Cina, ordine effettuato il 21/01/2019): in prevendita, tempi di invio della spedizioni 24h, arrivo della spedizione a destinazione 7/15gg (EU Priority Line), completo l'ordine e lo assicuro, compare una consegna stimata per il 13/02/2019, cioè tra 17gg lavorativi e 21 solari che non sono 7/15gg dichiarati in prevendita.. e vabbè, fa niente (e uno)..
Attendo che il pacco venga spedito e il 22 (entro le 24h dichiarate) ricevo una mail che mi informa che il pacco è stato spedito e del numero di tracking. Nel sito di Banggood compare una sinistra non-informazione sulla spedizione: oggetto spedito ma "not found" e ogni sito di tracking esterno riporta "2019-01-21 18:24 Puurs, The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS." Bah, strano, mi dico (e due)..
Il 24, non vedendo alcun aggiornamento sullo stato della spedizione, contatto via chat Banggood e chiedo delucidazioni. Mi dicono gentilmente che è normale che la posizione non si aggiorni immediatamente. Mah, il problema non è che non si aggiorna la posizione del pacco ma che l'unica informazione che ho è che è stato creato un tracking number di GLS in Belgio mentre il pacco è in Cina.. Dove? E' partito davvero? Boh (e tre)..
Durante lo stesso giorno ricontrollo tramite il sito di Banggood se ci fossero aggiornamenti e noto che la spedizione, che fino a quel giorno riportava la data del 21 si era trasformata dal niente nel 23.. ahia!! Ma io ho una mail che dice che era partita il 21.. questo è strano, molto strano (e quattro)..
Oggi, il 27, scopro, cercando su internet, che il corriere che fa la tratta Cina-Belgio è FlytExpress mentre GLS si occupa del trasporto Belgio-Italia. Provo ad inserire il numero di tracking nel sito di questo corriere sperando di poter vedere finalmente gli spostamenti del pacco in Cina in questi, ormai, sei giorni e.. niente, assolutamente, niente! compare sempre e solo l'informazione che questo numero fa riferimento ad una spedizione dal Belgio all'Italia di GLS e che il pacco non è ancora arrivato in loro possesso, (e cinque)..
Contatto, allora, di nuovo l'assistenza Banggood e anche loro si stupiscono del fatto che non ci sia alcun aggiornamento da sei giorni. Gentilmente mi dicono che sarò ricontattato in 24h per ricevere chiarimenti. Mi rispondono dopo cinque minuti per mail, dandomi le stesse inutili informazioni che da sei giorni ho: è stato creato un numero di tracking che fa riferimento ad una spedizione dal Belgio all'Italia di GLS ma di dove sia effettivamente il pacco non se ne sa nulla. Banggood dice che è stato spedito ma, se hanno addirittura cambiato il giorno di spedizione, non ho alcuna evidenza che ciò sia vero. Aggiungono che lo stato della spedizione si aggiorna solo quando attraversa "important shipping stations". Ma, cioè, l'accettazione di un collo da parte del corriere non sarebbe un'importante shipping station?! Che in sei giorni non sia passata da nessun centro di smistamento (Hong Kong, tipo)?! (e sei)..

Poi, giungo su questo sito e noto che i problemi sono pressoché gli stessi degli altri utenti, le risposte di Banggood uguali ed evasive e che ancora altri casini potrebbero succedere e, infine, che prendendo solo le recensioni di gennaio, quelle massimamente positive e quelle massimamente negative si equivalgono (9 le une e 9 le altre, il 50% di valutazioni pessime pesa e tanto). Quelle positive, poi, sono positive nel senso che l'oggetto è arrivato a destinazione ma ciò non esclude che gli utenti parlino di malfunzionamenti, resi e problematiche varie... Mah...

Sono passati sei giorni da quando ho effettuato l'ordine su Banggood e non ho alcuna informazione certa sulla spedizione!! In sei giorni con Amazon il pacco è arrivato in Europa...

Controversia PayPal... sei all'orizzonte! Un mese o più senza sapere dove sono finiti i miei 350 euro non è immaginabile.

I ordered £170 of goods from Banggood in September 2018. I have been strung along for 4 months. Each committed to and promised delivery date was missed, with new promises made and never honoured.

I am appalled by the behaviour of Banggood. In the UK, if a supplier offered goods for sale and it was determined that they had no intention of supplying those goods and took the customer's money, that supplier would be taken to court for fraud, and shut down.

It is wrong, cruel and immoral to offer goods when those goods will never be supplied. Any one who works for Banggod should be ashamed to work for an outfit that continually does this and does nothing to adjust its behaviour. You only get one reputation and you need to treat it as if it were gold. Banggood's reputation is shredded and hangs in tatters. Truly shocking behaviour.

terrible company to deal with item never delivered.they tell you wait another week to receive the item.I ordered lots of items online and i receive within couple days not so with Banggood. The name should be NOGOOD

There's a large selection at low prices but their customer services is extremely poor. Some of their customer service agents barely speak english. Once the package is paid for, you might as well go f****yourself for all they care about you.
After a couple of bad experiences, i'd rather go back to amazon.

Terrible customer service... no people to talk to but only get stupid email reply asking for more information or another video. Nothing you send them is good enough.
I bought a NEW Digoo camera that will not connect to WiFi. I sent video to demonstrate I was 10 feet from router and went through procedure to connect according to instructions. They quit responding to my emails and will not provide a replacement or refund for an obvious defective product. I responded to everything they asked but that was just their way of hoping I would just go away.
Please stay away from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a NEW vkworld s8 and it came with a DUSTY screen protector and fingerprints on the phone. a few weeks later the phone shuts down from itselves each few minutes and customer care doesnt exist i think

Kreeg binnen 48 uur een mail met verontschuldiging dat het product tijdelijk uitverkocht was. Kreeg meteen de data (6 dagen later) waneer het product weer beschikbaar zou zijn en dat ze het dan per vliegpost meteen zouden versturen. Daarbij kreeg ik ook de optie om het om te ruilen voor een aantal vergelijkbare producten goedkoper maar ook duurder en dat als ik hier voor zou kiezen ze dit ook binnen 24 uur het per vliegpost zouden versturen.

Mitlerweile habe ich das Geld wieder gut geschrieben aber es war harzige verhandlungen.
Hoffe auch das die Lieferanten gelernt haben auch ein Wechselrichter richtig zu verpacken und vorher Prüfen.
Alle Lieferungen voher waren Gut und entsprachen den Beschreibungen.
Unterschied ist immer wird es von Banggood Geliefert oder wird der Artikel direkt vom Hersteller geliefert. Hersteller lieferung ist die Beste wahl.

Ordered a phone, they ney never delivered. The phone went out of stock and they told me I am never going to recieve what I ordered. They just refund me but there was no compensation for the delay or for the peripherals I bought for it and I will never use.

They have no responsible person to talk with so they always give you premade answers for any of your problems. Very risky to buy from them anything! Please stay away from them and the (propably)FAKE REVIEWS they create here.
