Mi hanno perso tre spedizioni e non mi vogliono rimborsare perchè secondo loro le spedizioni sono state consegnate. Peccato che tracciando le tre spedizioni ovunque risultano in esistenti se non su un loro fantomatico sito cinese dove tutte e tre le spedizioni hanno il medesimo giorno la medesima ora e i medesimi secondi di consegna ! Truffato ora mi sono appellato a PayPal. Vediamo se ne usciamo.

Hello 60 days have passed !! I request an immediate refund. I pay for EU Priority Line delivery not by European Railway Direct Mail to wait 90 days. Once I wrote there is a package of insurance why waste time ?? No need to link to where to check the condition of the package I know very well!

Bought a
"18V Electric Polisher Rotary Tool Mini Drill Set Hand Grinder Sander Craft Engraving Tool" didn't work out of the box. Wasn't the cheapest one so thought I had a chance of at least getting something that worked

They are f...... Bu.. please don't buy any product from this company. They never give you refund, they stopped me to give return by PayPal claim.

I will not buy from banggood.com again as they did not publish my review about the Doogee MIX2 smartphone I bought from them. They did not like the truth about their service and the hidden cost such as custom or Royal Mail Handling charge of £15 in the UK. At the end you are not getting any good deal from them after taking all these risks such long waiting for delivery, poor customer service and if something goes wrong they are not keen to know. Another lengthy process for refund or exchange plus more cost. This will not help your health either as they are pretty good at stressing and winding you up.

Banggod sent me the wrong product and we not reply on the claim I sent them.

DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY - 4 Month and still waiting for £212 refund for a broken counterfeit laptop. Write nearly everyday but always excuses, here's today's - Dear Darren, Thank you for your e-mail.

Just sent another screen shot showing no refund. Don't risk your money, even if another company charges more for the same product pay it as it won't be counterfeit and broken.

Produkte werden Kaput geliefert, danach verlangen Sie das die Produkte auf eigene kosten zurückgesendet werden, wenn man die Rückerstattung möchte. Lieferzeiten betragen bis zu 3 Monate. Der Zoll verlang mittlerweile so hohe gebühren das schlussendlich günstiger kommt wenn man gleich im eigene Land bestellt

well i ordered stuff from banngood and it took 3 months to arrive and it was broken on arrival,temperature gauge was broken. thumper keg was damaged. do you think i could find a way to get a hold of them ,no they somehow blocked me from signing up on there site , which i may add is the only way to get there phone #.this is the second damaged thing i recieved from them. i bought a vacuum chamber heater that didnt work at all ,i managed to complain about it they pretty much said duck you.i left a message on there service line. since then i cant get thru. i thru it away finally in a fit of rage.THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever,damaged goods goods that dont work.dont waist you money. amazon carriesmost of the stuff they carrie haedache free.what a DISAPOINTMENT.

Thieves. Ordered masks 65 days back, still waiting. Product page had delivery time between 9-15 days. I paid shipping insurance on the top of it. Support comes back with new excuses and timeline everytime I contact them.

Customer service is non existent, orders are extremely late. There also seems to be no answer to questions sent over email or posted on rheir FB page? Sad

They never have anything in stock you will wait ages for your product and they will give you empty promises that its coming but it will not do not waste your time with this company!!!

Very bad overall experience. I ordered a fitness tracker and automatically it posted on Sunday ( which is a holiday) that shipment is on the way. Haven't received it yet. No communication only some bots with pre feed information. Total crap.

I placed an order on April 16th if 2020... ITS MAY 6th now and still nothing. I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone nor has there been shown that there is any progress in my package being delivered. I’ve checked multiple upon multiple times to see if there has been any progression towards delivery. There has been none. The tracking number shows that it’s been sitting in the same place for over a month. Understandable there is a pandemic going on right now and times are tough but It’s been over a month and at this point I’d like a refund. Because if delivery is taking this long then I don’t have a lot of confidence in the quality of the product.

Many items appear in stock, but it's not true: thet are out of stock, under restocking and processing time is about 2-4 weeks.
