J’ai été chez balmain à la vallée j’ai acheter des sneakers b east et j’ai appeler la boutique pour voir s’ils peuvent me rembourser car on est dans les 14 jours on m’a dit qu’il ne faisait aucun remboursement. Je comprend la note de balmain et le mécontentement de tout le monde. En plus de cela la personne homme que j’ai eu était franchement désagréable. Je déconseille d’aller las bas il y a tellement d’autre boutique de luxe ou quand la paire ne va pas ils vous remboursent.

Jai passé commande un peu trop vite pour des sneakers en solde à 537 € au lieu de 895€. C'est après le paiement que j'ai vu qu'elles étaient fabriquées en Chine... J'ai annulé immédiatement ma commande ! J'achète une paire de basket à 537 balles à une marque de luxe française, il est strictement impossible que j'accepte de payer ce prix pour des articles fabriqués en Chine... Du coup, plus jamais j'achète cette marque.
No es una Marca de Lujo / Pésimo servicio post venta
Muy mal servicio post venta para defectos de productos o Tara. compré desde la pagina web de Balmain unas gafas de sol, a los dos meses de usarla en contadas ocaciones presentó una tara en una de las bisagras, están ajustadas pero la varilla de la misma baila.
Tras enviar un email a atención al cliente solicitando la factura de mi compra y varias llamadas me piden fotos y videos, después de enviarlo me hicieron esperar 4 semanas para decirme que la envíe a reparar y que tardaran 6 semanas en enviarmela de vuelta.
Pague 750€ en un producto que solo he usado dos meses, no hay posibilidad de reembolso o cambio por producto similar ya que dicen que lo pueden reparar y que además debo esperar para recibir el producto nuevamente 6 semanas.
La atención al cliente no se corresponde al de una marca de Lujo, la espera para un producto que presenta una tara no es algo que el cliente debería aceptar, son artículos chinos con la marca de Balmain.
No volveré a comprar ningún producto de la marca.

I purchased a new T-shirt and did not inspect it at the time of purchase, as it was specifically bought for a trip to the Maldives. The defect was only discovered upon unpacking the item at my destination, where I found two holes in the T-shirt. When I approached the store for an exchange, my request was denied on the basis that the garment had already been worn. This incident reflects the level of service typical of lower-priced brands.

I purchased a bracelet from the Dubai mall outlet Balmain on the second floor and , when it was taken out of the box it broke into half . 2 days later my brother went to the Dubai mall with the receipt to exchange it , and the customer service was extremely unacceptable. When I tried calling and trying to communicate with the manager the store kept declining our calls , in conclusion this is not my first experience purchasing at Balmain but it will be my last . This also shows that the quality of the product is not appreciated.
Good puffer jacket
Bought their down-jacket last winter, and was wearing it during the whole winter until th weather got a bit warmer.
Well, to be fair, the price is pretty much justified especially taking into account what materials are used to sew such quality clothes.Plus, a bit of markup on the loud brand which personifies luxurious life, and thus I decided to purchase it.
It didn't disappoint me, as the materials are water and wind resistant meaning that I can even wear a T-shirt beneath and wont' get cold.

Fake sales on their webpage. For almost a week Balmain have sale but all the shoes from b-bold collection that are on sale a sold. I’ve been checking their website every day for a month now. Those shoes were sold for a long time ago. And now they are on sale even if they are sold. So basically they put on sale shoes that they don’t have and they didn’t have them even before the sale started. What’s the point to put a lower price to something that you don’t have in store? Cheap tricks to make customers believe that their shoes are on sale but in the meantime the shoes were sold long before the sale started.

I have emailed the store and did get one reply saying it had been passed on absolutely nothing yet over 16 days. Be very careful if you are thinking of buying any items in Dubai Mall

Purchased a Balmain bag in October as a Christmas present online from Flannels. The bag has never been used but I recently went to use it and one of the rivets is missing from the Balmain logo clasp and the remaining three are loose, causing the clasp to fall off. I sent photos to Flannels to demonstrate. Flannels are unable to offer return for repair or refund as the bag was purchased over 6 months ago - instead they are asking me to obtain in independent inspection report before they will consider. The only place I can find a place that undertakes this type of report is £135 and the amount will not be reimbursed. Balmain are unable to assist as it was not purchased directly from them and will not acknowledge the guarantee/warranty is with them as the manufacturer. The bag is unusable and not fit for purpose 😡

Le sav est catastrophique, j'ai déposé mon sac à main début avril et j'ai récupéré mon sac mi juillet avec des réparations plus que médiocres... Voilà le message reçu :

Je comprends sa déception quant à la qualité des réparations effectuées par l’atelier. Pour rappel, le cuir est un matériau sensible qui nécessite un entretien régulier afin de préserver tant sa beauté que sa durabilité. Nous encourageons donc nos clients à prendre soin de leurs articles en cuir en les nettoyant et les nourrissant régulièrement.
A date, la Maison Balmain ne propose malheureusement pas de service de bichonnage, tel que le polissage du cuir ou le nettoyage complet de l’extérieur et de l’intérieur des sacs."
En gros, c'est ma faute et mon sac n'est pas réparé comme il aurait dû.
Plus jamais chez Balmain.

Commande faite avec la livraison express, attendu 5 jours pas de réponse comme quoi la commande à quitté l'entrepot. Au final j'ai téléphoné et on me dit que l'article n'est plus disponible; Donc au final rien.

Well where do i start lol
Well where do i start lol, so i bought a pair of Balmain shoes from Off Sak 5th about 2 yrs ago, now i noticed that on the right shoe near the sole where the sole meet the material on the side of the shoe the glue is slowly coming undone, so i hit up balmain and they told me if i didn't brought it from balmain and from a authroized third party i would have to hit them up first to see if they could do the repair if not hit them back. So i did that, i hit up off sak 5th and they told me they don' t do repair , so it hit up balmain back through email of course and they told me that i would need recepit and if its over 2 yrs thats its out of warranty, what a joke, so a company to be so expensive and high quality, to only have 2 yrs of warranty towards your workmanship is unacceptable, louie has lifetime warranty on all it work, and now i see why they are the industry standard!
Très déçu
Très déçu. Une commande passée le 28 juin avec livraison en 2-4 jours (référence 6990) Aucune nouvelle après 1 semaine. J'appelle le service clients on promet un retour par mail, en vain. Je rappelle une deuxième fois une troisième fois une quatrième fois on me dit finalement que le produit n'est plus disponible alors qu'il l'est encore sur le site. Ca se dit marque de luxe mais a un service clients et une gestion de leurs commandes médiocres.
Handbag woes
I purchased a handbag, after ~8 months of only intermittent use the top handle broke. I've called and emailed, I did get a response but a holding one: "we are looking into how to get the repair initiated". It's been over two months, I am still waiting. I've now asked for a return and refund but don't hold much hope. Needless to say I won't be making future purchases from Balmain: this is not a luxury item company.
