Inconvenient tracking system
I tried to track down my parcel but have to download SHOP app which requires to sign in and I got lost as not easy to use.
So I asked Balance Leisure again and no reply. I was told I would get my product last Thursday and I only received it today Monday. I sent email again and no reply.

From my initial contact with Marcus via email and collecting my purchase (as I live local) everything went smooth.
The product itself was well packaged and easy to assemble.
Very pleased with service and cost and would definitely use again.
Unhygienic, grubby-looking product
I bought a large Pilates Head pad cost £6.08, with a separate cover for the pad, cost £5.41. Total amount paid was £17.44 including shipping. Not a bank-breaking amount I know, but money that was earned by me.
When delivered the cover had been packaged in a sealed plastic bag and placed inside the delivery envelope. The head pad, made of foam, had been packed unwrapped, in the envelope.
The pad was the most unhygienic-looking item I’ve ever received from a supplier. It was grubby looking and discoloured, with an unidentifiable dirty black mark on it. I suspect that the pad had been stored uncovered in an unclean environment until it either faded or had something spilled on it. I sent photos of the pad to Marcus at the email address supplied.
I won’t go into the time it took to receive a response from him, but he expressed his sorrow that I was ‘unsatisfied’ with the product, asking me to return it and the company would issue either a replacement or a full refund pending inspection by the returns team.
According to Marcus ‘the discolouring on the pad is simply a product of the factory process and does not effect (sic) the quality of the pad itself’. I’ll be listening out for such twaddle from any sellers of clothing, soft furnishings etc. in the future.
I’m not going to return the item…l’ll wash the pad at 60C and decide afterwards if I want to use it. If not I’ll take the hit….throw the item in the dustbin and keep the useless cover I bought while I search locally for some similar foam. It’ll be easier than wasting time and money returning an item worth £6 and waiting for the ‘returns team’ to decide what to do.
So, Balance Leisure customers, if you order a similar item, made of soft materials or foam, keep in mind that you may have to wash it on delivery before feeling comfortable enough to handle it.

Took ages to arrive as the posture support came from China. Posture support fine and works well.
Slow but worth it
Goods ordered good quality and as described. Acknowledgement of order quick but it took 3/4 days to prepare and dispatch order. When notified order dispatched delivery was very quick.

The Pilates pad covers arrived quickly and ordering online was straightforward.
They send some poor quality mats at first from a different manufacturing company but they replaced them straight away for the excellent matts that I bought a year ago would recommend
Very poor mats wouldn’t recommend we brought some mats from this company a year ago and they where amazing and high quality ,just brought some more and I wouldn’t recommend them as they are curling up in places and warped

The service you’d expect on successful orders and deliveries.
How ever Marcus had notice my order I
Had made again. he got in touch and notified me that the order of mats didn’t match the ones I previously ordered.
Thus issued me full a refund and saved me my mistake of £1600 worth.
Rather than just shipping them out for me to find out.
I don’t write reviews normally but that service is A+ in my eyes.
Yes the mats had the best price available online.
But Marcus is gold!
I now won’t shop anywhere else for mats
