Spot on for communication. Personal email to check order before issue. Received two days later. RDX are struggling to re- stock after COVID. Balance had the RDX items in stock. Well done.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Advertises products they don’t actually have, allow you to pay and then tell you they don’t have it and do you want to replace the item you purchased. This upset me greatly and I don’t trust them and will never use them again. I would give zero stars if possible.

I made a mistake on my original order purely my fault which meant that I had to place two orders and 2 lots of P & P I contacted Balance to explain my error but they wouldn’t offer any discount on postage of the second item or a slight discount on the product as a gesture of goodwill. Postage was almost as much as the cost of the item so I did feel a little disappointed. Overall service was good

I didn’t ever get my package!!
I didn’t ever get my package. Customer service was sketchy at best and didn’t do anything to resolve my issue. I will never ever use this company again and I recommend you to avoid like the plague.
