I love the clothes. Don’t get me wrong. However I have been saving to order from here for a festival. The item didn’t ship for over two weeks. I contacted them multiple times asking for an update and they simply told me there’s a production issue and to wait. No timeline, no apology, no 10% discount for next time for the inconvenience and gals advertising which stated the item would ship within the week. I am moving and was beyond stressed that I had just spent a good deal of money and might not even get my package at the address I sent it to. I finally had enough and asked to cancel and refund it to which they told me no. Again no apology, no timeline, just suck it up and wait. FINALLY. I went off and threatened to call my bank. Then it ships? Within the same hour? I love the clothes and I have friends all over who love them. But the service is disgusting and vile.

Honestly is one of the best services ever ! And the quality of the products is really great !

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Badinka scammed me. They never delivered my package and when I reached out to customer service, I was met with unprofessional, rude, and nasty responses. I plan on suing them. It’s unfortunate because I waited 31 days for this package and it was for my first festival. I was so excited to try on my outfits. They really dropped the ball and disappointed me. I will be taking legal action but still corresponding with “Mia” via email. DO NOT BUY from Badinka or Glamureal. Scam Scam Scam. They’ll give you a “tracking” number so you think your package is on the way. It never comes.

Honestly the worst customer service with this company. We ordered two outfits in MARCH and still have not received them. I had to keep bugging customer service to ask where my package was and it took multiple times to actually get a reply and then they go MIA. We have a festival to attend in July so ended up having to get other outfits. Will not be buying from them again and recommend others do the same. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to the outfits I ordered but the lack of customer service is not worth it!!

Delivery of my haul came perfectly as scheduled, no issues. The clothing itself seemed of solid quality and was designed well. Felt good on the skin. Unique cute pieces that I really have enjoyed wearing!

Wow, this company is a sham. I ordered three different “sets” from them on June 2nd. I paid for express shipping (1-3 days). The website displayed that it takes up to 5 business days to make my order and then ship it out. On the 6th and 7th business day I told them they still had not shipped my order. This also means that the express shipping I paid for was not honored because I now was on my 8th business day with no shipment out. Then I see that 3 of 4 of my items were shipped today, June 13 (yet to be received by FedEx).. they forgot to ship one of my items in the order. The items are arriving well past when they should (if they ever do) and I still am waiting to find out why my full set was not shipped to me. They do whatever they want without communicating. My order was nearly $300 after a discount code I had.

Honestly won’t be surprised if they “suddenly cancel” my order as I read other people posting they have done it to them when someone complains about their unethical business practices.

Update: I received email it shipped today.. but then I look and it says it was shipped June 8th.. when they were talking to me about it not being made right and needing longer time. None of it adds up and it’s the most sketchy business experience I’ve ever seen!

I have ordered a top with separate sleeves one time, and the other time - a bodysuit. Both clothing were very poorly made, I guess it were produced somewhere in Asia. Besides of low quality, the size was extra small, and the fabric was smelly. Highly do not recommend ordering from Badinka, especially because they didn’t want to make a refund for the top, even though I sent it back. I only received a discount coupon. What a fraud.

I haven't received my item yet, so this review is soley regarding their customer service. I have tried to reach out multiple times about where my order is. I placed is 10 days ago and it still hasn't shipped, nor did I ever get a confirmation email. They just don't respond back to my email.

Very original and outstanding outfits ! The quality is great for the price.
I truly recommend this brand and I will buy it again for sure !

I have bought quite a few items from these folks.

Because buying or returning any clothing item online in this day and age is costly and inconvenient, I try to consider my purchases carefully. As a consequence I have as yet only had positive interactions with Badinka.

I love the boldness of their brand; the colour, design and quality have all been great for me. I would have a bigger collection if I had the space and means...I love how they make me feel when I wear them, it's nice not to hate my body for a change.

clothes were super breathable & groove proof! also very form fitting and flattering on the body <3 no itchiness or scratching! I love all my badinka fits

This is a really unethical and shady company. They advertise 30 day returns. However they require you to email them in order to get return instructions. After waiting two days they reply back with a screenshot of the FAQ... which I've already read through. So I asked for a return address as there is nothing to be found online. They instruct you to reach out to their customer service email address. It's now been a week since I've first tried to initiate a return. I have not heard back since the last email I sent asking for a return address. Clearly they are trying to drag it out so I miss the return window, or just give up. It's unacceptable business practices and I would steer clear. Their products aren't great. And terrible value for the cost.

I’ve been ordering from Badinka both through their website and Etsy, and they never disappoint. Every time, the quality is consistently excellent and the craftsmanship is beautiful. You can tell they truly put thought and care into each dress.

This time, my order took a bit longer to arrive—understandable given the busy festival season—but it was absolutely worth the wait. The dress is stunning, well-made, and fits perfectly.

What really stands out, in addition to the quality, is their customer service. They were quick to respond when I had a question about my order and were kind and helpful throughout the process. That kind of responsiveness makes such a difference.

I’ll definitely continue ordering from Badinka. Highly recommended if you're looking for thoughtful designs, great quality, and excellent service.

AVOID! Very unhappy, returned items and been automatically given store credit when I wanted a full refund, and was told I would get one (I have email proof) Best just to avoid purchasing from here because it's bad enough that you have to pay £15 to return the items as it's not clear where they are based, but the customer service is TERRIBLE TOO!

Badinka is my go to for all of my festival outfits! Quality is amazing & their customer service is 10/10 :)

If there was a no star option I would’ve chosen it. Hands down THE WORST customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Tracking numbers that don’t work, a dismissive customer services rep who gives me the absolute bare minimum answers, it’s been over a month and still no dress and absolutely 0 responsibility or care from Badinka on its whereabouts. A few years ago I purchased several items from Badinka and the process was trouble free but something has happened in that time. I recommend people do their research before purchasing. Beyond disappointed

Mein Paket ist nie angekommen, mein Geld zahlt der Shop mir nicht zurück, schüchtert mich stattdessen ein und behauptet, ich müsste das von Hermes zurückbekommen. Das ist aber rechtlich falsch, denn ich habe keinen Vertrag mit Hermes. Musste Anwalt, Verbraucherzentrale und Kreditunternehmen einschalten!

I ordered four items from Badinka. They arrived a few days before the estimated delivery which was nice (I didn't need them right away but still appreciated the expediency). Just for reference I will preface this by mentioning that I am a size 16, 5'2" tall, and my bra size is 40E.
1) Wavejumper 2-Piece O-Ring Top: the sleeves are okay, although the shoulders pucker when I move which is a bit annoying. The top is just WAY too small. I find it hard to believe it's a 3X. Any woman with breasts larger than a C cup will have difficulty covering more than just the nipples and there is absolutely no support for the chest which then flattens the chest. Disappointing. The colours really pop and I like that the neckline isn't a mock-turtle neck so I feel less restricted. The material is also quite stretchy which makes getting the sleeves on and off much easier.
2) Fluctuation Mesh 2 Piece Shrug Set: this set was better; the sleeves are a bit tight around the lower arms and the thumb hole seems to be weirdly placed so the sleeves have to be twisted a bit to make it fit. The top actually covered my chest and since there's coverage the small lack of support is less of an issue, and it is definitely more supportive than the Wavejumper top. The material is less stretchy than the previous set but I like that it's more sheer which allows more air to go through. The mock turtleneck will be an issue since I want the sleeves for the evening of the festival so I'll have to try to jam it on over all my makeup and my wig and I'm not sure it's stretchy enough for that.
3) Strange Delight Unisex Double Sided Hood: at first I was disappointed since the pattern looked different from the one in the pictures, but I'd forgotten they are double sided so I can simply flip it to the design I prefer. The pattern isn't as crisp when it's on the inside but I'm just happy it's the pattern I found so pretty originally. Pretty comfortable, too.
4) Static Murmur Unisex Double Sided Hood: this one has the design I liked from the picture on the "outside" so no need to use the flip side and the pattern looks crisp. The colours on the hood really pop against the black and I think it'll go with lots of different outfits. I'll be using the hoods to protect myself from the sun on the festival days I won't be wearing a wig.
Overall I'm giving an average rating. I will find uses for the pieces I purchased even though a couple aren't exactly what I was hopeful for. I just wanted to post something as a plus-sized raver to let other plus-sized people know that just because you fit the measurements listed does not mean the pieces will work for you. The patterns are gorgeous and fun and I like the mesh material a lot, but I will be extra careful if I'm ordering from there again, especially since the return policy is awful.
