They also offer to send a ship kit or use your own with a printed label from home. I always have boxes around so I chose the latter. I found this site from the PennyHoarder and I was impressed it was simple to use. I selected the game console I no longer needed and that they were willing to buy and within a few days, they sent me my box and easy to follow instructions. I packed it up and dropped it off at my post office. A few more days later I get an email that Whistle got my package and they sent my check via direct deposit shortly after. Easy to use system and friendly customer service.

After giving me an offer for my phone, I was instructed to send it posthaste (which I obliged). However upon receiving my phone, I was told that it had cracks on it (which occurred when I took off the screen protector n case), that would result in me being offered a far lesser price. I told them I would rather have my phone back, and was told it would be sent shortly. After a month of them sending me incorrect shipping numbers and telling me it’s in the way, I was told that my phone was in the mailbox (which it wasn’t). After contacting the post office I was told to contact them to open an investigation, however, they’ve chosen to ignore my emails which makes that impossible.

After further time has passed, they have offered to reimburse me for the phone with the original offering price (due to it being lost in the mail).

Its a great app to cell electronics. It cashes thru chase bank, if ur not a chase costomer its a 8$ fee to cash ur check! But its really good
