Though I did not speak to anyone. The purchase experience was excellent. The delivery service and the product was exactly what I wanted, ie prompt and accurate.

First and more importantly 5 stars foe customer service and in handling the situation. I ordered topper for my away trip in the caravan but the bag took a while to arrive .
I would highly recommend bying form here the topper is of high standard and the bag is of very good quality . I would definitely bye again just make sure if needed for going away the bag is in stock at time of ordering thank you to the company for all their help in resolving the bag issue do not let the low stock of bags stop you from ordering this product as I am sure this is not a regular issue .

Mattress was delivered quickly, it looked thinner than I had imagined it would, however it’s very comfortable. Overall very good.

Beginning to think that this is a scam company!

We ordered a Memory Foam Travel Mattress Topper - 'Slothie' for an upcoming camping trip. Delivery was stated at 2-3 days which was one of the important reasons that we went for it. That was 8 days ago and apart from receiving a false (non-existent) DHL tracking number, we have heard nothing. With the trip becoming imminent, we have tried to contact Back Care Online via the website and support services (ha ha - that is a joke) but to no avail - unfortunately, there is no telephone line available.

Not sure what else there is to do - looks like we will have to purchase a mattress from a reliable company.

Be warned – this company is anything but ‘efficient and reliable’!!

I am happy to admit that I was premature in my initial review.

Back Care Online have contacted me and have been excellent in resolving the matter (which was a problem with DHL). As a result, The mattress arrived today! Very quick resolution of the problem. I have updated the star rating accordingly.

Superb service - my order came really quickly and the product is very high quality and perfect for my back!

bought memory foam Bed Wedge and 11° Degree Wedge seat cushion. Order arrived on time and both items are greatly appreciated by our elderly relative.

Not normally one for doing reviews but these guys deserve it. Great personal service, received pillow next day. Suffer from acid reflux quite bad and was a bit sceptical about ordering. 1st night took a bit of getting used to as I'm a side sleeper but I did drop off eventually, but I can 💯 % say, no reflux issues. I'm now completely used to the pillow and drift off no problem and no reflux, so money well spent. Thanks very much.

Prompt service and a good product. It has helped me sleep better since I started to use it.

When I ordered a Premium mattress topper I was advised there would be a slight delay in dispatch but was kept informed about delivery. When unpacked there was a slight odour from the foam but I half unzipped the cover and this quickly went. I let the topper air for a couple of days before putting it on my bed. What a difference! It feels soft yet it is supportive and feels cozy. I have osteoporosis and found this topper to be just what I needed. I now have virtually no ache or pain on getting out of bed in the morning. I can thoroughly recommend this topper for anyone and Back Care Online are a very good company to deal with. 10/10 for them.

Having spent ages searching for the right kneeling chair, I finally went for this one and am so pleased with it. It is not only extremely comfortable (I have had sciatica for 6 months so couldn't sit at all) but it also ticks several other boxes fo me - it's British made, lovely sustainable beech, adjustable height and folds up. The NHS recommendation clinched it for me - it must be good, and it is money well spent.

Bed wedge for acid reflux arrived quickly and was as described in excellent condition, selling at a fair price. A positive experience with a small business. Recommended.

I purchased this wedge pillow for my Dad. Since having an oesophageal operation years ago , he has had difficulty sleeping and experienced a real discomfort with acid reflux. He has tried many different things over the years to help with unfortunately little change. So pleased to say this great pillow has really improved sleeping and the acid reflux problem has hugely decreased to a small amount . So we are very happy with this purchase. Can thoroughly recommend trying this to anyone who has these issues.

This company looks legit, (4 warehouses and 3 offices) and carries a wide selection of equipment to increase people’s mobility and independence.
I became unable to stand on 11th April 2024, I was taken into A&E, and I’m still in hospital to this day (28th June).
I have a degenerative neurological disorder, and it quickly became obvious I would need a “proper” wheelchair, one that was bespoke, fitted for me, and not one off the shelf.
I’d researched, really done my homework, and settled on the Ki Mobility Ethos model. Back Care Online had this model Ona very attractive offer; down to £2133, with VAT relief (chronically disabled people don’t pay VAT on items designed to make their lives easier).
On 13th June, I paid my £2133, which I had spent around a month crowdfunding for. I’d been in a local paper, on local radio etc. My condition is extremely rare, and attracted interest in my area.
I initially received no confirmation email, which I thought was odd. The next day, I tried to call Back Care Online - no phone number, only an email. I received confirmation of my order back. I’d asked about when a representative from Ki would visit me, to get the wheelchair made to my specification - understandably I was really excited! This is an extract of the email I received from June “ We will contact the manufacturer for you regarding the customisations of the chair and will revert as soon as we hear back”. Sounds great. I had a few questions, so I emailed back. This was a extract of the response I received on 18th June “ I sincerely apologise for the delay in update. Please be assured we are actively working on your requests.
We are still confirming some of the details with the manufacturer and rest assured I will be in touch again in 24-48 hours”. I waited my 48 hours, and didn’t receive an update. I emailed again, on 21st June I received this extract from, the now legendary, June “ Our Account Manager with the manufacturer is currently on annual leave which has unfortunately caused some challenges in processing your order and organising the visit”. Now, I’m starting to get twitchy. A company claiming to have 4 warehouse and 3 offices is unable to move forwards with an order, because someone is on holiday? I emailed again, airing my confusion and frustration at the situation. I received this response on 26th June I received an email from June, who, rest assured, was dealing with me personally. This is an extract from the email, “ Our Account Manager with the manufacturer had to carefully review your order and I apologise there was a misunderstanding about the range of products we are allowed to offer to our customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the Ki Mobility Ethos Wheelchair at this time. This is because the manufacturer requires direct involvement to ensure the wheelchair is built accurately to your specifications”. They cancelled my order. For apparently no reason. Other retailers are selling the exact same product on behalf of Ki, and have no problem in supplying it, (I rang around!) I took a few screenshots of other companies selling the wheelchair, asked how they could manage it, ask for a courtesy phone call…nothing. June appears not to be handling my query personally anymore.
Please, avoid this company at all costs if you are considering a high-end product. I’m guessing they’re not so incompetent that they can’t take something off the shelf and send it out, from one of their 4 warehouses! However, if it’s a little more complex, I wouldn’t rely on June getting the job done, even though she’ll deal with you personally and expedite it for you! Good old June!
Awful, shameful experience provided for an incredibly vulnerable customer.
TL:DR - avoid Back Care Online as from start to finish they have been appalling, culminating in cancelling my order of £2133.

Bought the bed wedge in early June and has since greatly improved my night's sleep, despite my medical condition. Had searched everywhere for a good and recommended bed wedge. The one I bought is ideal and is also supplied to the NHS, which makes a big difference. The wedge arrives as is, and is not compressed and rolled but ready to use. Extremely pleased with my purchase.

Ordering via the website was very easy. The item was shipped the next day and delivered the day after!
The Pressure Relief Mattress Topper is a great product. It really helps reduce my back pain when sleeping.
