Have not received order or any tracking information

Terrible!!! Do not order form this store. Never revived my $720 nuna mixx stroller and NO RESPONSE via phone or emails for weeks!! Still have not heard back. This shop is a disgrace!

DID NOT SEND PRODUCT. Charged my card via PayPal and have not sent me the product. It’s been over 2 weeks and I even emailed customer service to ask for a status update and no response.

I did not get the item
You do not answer any inquiry not email not calls not facebook

I requested a refund many times and got no answer

I will resort to legal action if a refund is not provided ASAP

I ordered a stroller and tried to contact babys den over and over by phone and email and have had no reply. The special needs stroller I ordered has not come and I have received no information on it since and this stroller is an 819 dollar stroller! I have no idea if it is coming or not, i have no information!!! They won't answer me by phone or email for weeks now.

Its been over 2 weeks since order was placed and item still has not been shipped/received. I have tried to make contact with someone at Baby's Den via email and phone and have been unresponsive with no reply to email, no answer of phone, or return call from voicemail.

It is impossible to communicate with The Baby’s Den if you have any issues. They don’t answer the phone, respond to voicemail messages or to emails sent. I have not been able to find out the status of an order placed a month and a half ago.

No shipping information even tho I payed 15$ for shipping. Bad customer service. Emailed about the no shipping information and still haven’t heard back.

We were pleased to find the item we were searching for at Baby’s Den and placed our order. We were contacted via email within a few business days to be told that the item is not available. We purchased the item from another retailer.

you tell me... when i placed the order it was in stock... then i received an email telling me it isn't in stock...

I ordered a set of replacement tires for a Boogaboo Donkey stroller. The transaction went through, but the next day I received an email stating that they were not in stock and there was no info from the manufacturer when they would be back in stock. I asked if they could write a gift voucher that I could give on Christmas, Babysden replied NO, they don’t do vouchers.

In the meantime I found a company that had the same set of tires, at the same price and were in stock. I ordered them and they will arrive in a couple days. I tried getting in touch with the representative I he’d been emailing with, and also left phone messages.

I spoke to AMEX to find out about the charge and they said it was pending. I then emailed my representative at Babysden asking for an email confirmation that my order had, in fact, been cancelled. She said sorry about the confusion and she was sending an order cancellation to their billing department.

That was 4 days ago and still haven’t received a confirmation on the transaction cancellation.

I realize this is a busy time of the year, I have been as courteous as I can be, but this is getting ridiculous to just try and get a cancellation confirmation email.

I’m sure Babysden is a great company, but their efficiency seems to be lacking in my particular experience.

For situations like this, why I ALWAYS use AMEX. If I can’t get this figured out, they will.

It’s now 4 weeks since I placed an order, spent a few hundred dollars on stroller products and have yet to receive the goods. I’ve been calling the number on the site every day for a couple of weeks now and leaving messages and I’ve had no response. I’ve sent emails from the order info and to the Gmail address on the site (and on the telephone recording) to no avail. Seriously wondering if this shop actually exists.

Awful in every way, looking to see how I can get my money back through bank or credit card if this is a fraudulent service.

One star on this review is the unfortunately minimum – I’d have preferred no stars.

It’s a scam and would not recommend it

Very very unhappy. Never got a shipping dispatch notice, or any updates or notices for that matter.
I placed an online order on 19th September!!!!!
Have now been waiting 11 weeks for a delivery, Ive contacted them numerous times with no response or reply.

Ive now requested a refund so I can end this joke

Placed my order and quickly received an email stating that the stroller I order was not available. Money was taken out after I received the email and took 7 days to get put back. Looked up on the website and the stroller still shows available.

Ordered a special needs running wheelchair that showed and still shows as in stock. Received a message saying they didn’t have it in stock and didn’t know when they would. Asked to cancel the order so I could order from another website. I emailed and called repeatedly but they would not reverse the charge with PayPal. PayPal couldn’t reverse it, I had to wait a full month for the “pending charge” to time out because Babysden wouldn’t communicate to PayPal that the order was canceled. To this day the item still shows as “in stock” on Babysden’s website. Buyer beware! There are lots of similar reviews, Facebook and IG comments, and reports to the better business bureau with same situations. I wish I had read them before this hassle!

I will Never order from here again. They never answer the phones and they don’t answer emails either! My order was canceled and I had questions About it and ordering something else but when I called a man answered the phone and told me I had the wrong number which was a lie after that no one ever answered again for a whole week straight trying and nothing . Horrible!!!!!
