Terrible company. I cancelled an order the day after I ordered it. That was 2 1/2 months ago. I’ve gotten nothing but the run around and still no refund. And now they’re trying to tell my credit card company that I didn’t send the item back. I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM. Absolutely disgusted with the whole thing

I would leave a zero stars if I could. We ordered a baby stroller that was in stock and was supposed to be shipped to us within 5-10 days. After 3 weeks, we called and they told us it would be shipping soon, they were just slow because of COVID-19. After 4 weeks, we called back and they told us it was out of stock and they didn't know when it wold be back in stock. NO email, NO phone call, NO nothing! Asked for our money back and they said they would send an email to their billing department and I could call them as well. Tried calling and no one will answer. TERRIBLE!

I bought an article and paid a lot for an international shipment but they accepted the payment without have it in stock and i had to request a refound.
Not really serious service.

I have been requesting a refund for the past 5 days, since the item I ordered from you is not in stock. No one has gotten back to me on when I should be receiving the refund.

In stock items not in stock. Will not send order cancellation confirmation.

No communication until I wrote asking for an update.
They faked a shipment showing that the fedex label was created but the item was never shipped. No explanation, nor any update. I cancelled another order I had placed with another company thinking I would get the item after all.
Now I bought the now much needed item and an waiting for my refund if I don’t get it I will dispute the charge and present a claim at the BBB.
I do not recommend this company. I should’ve read the reviews first. Do not do business with this company.

Ordered last August 2019. And never received do not buy.

My order got declined not sure why I have the money but anyways I called 3 times no answer also left a message didn't get a call back and I emailed 3 times no reply back.

I ordered several weeks ago and still have not gotten a shipping notification. I contacted them and in my 7 emails I've sent, have only gotten one response using Covid -19 as an excuse. After several weeks I contacted again asking them to just cancel my order and still have gotten no response. Never planning to shop here again and still need to know they aren't going to charge me.

Worst experience I've ever had. Your customer service, web site and all support were so bad so I'll never recommend your shop to anyone. Will share with my subscriptions about it.

Ordered product in March. Still no word on shipping.

Haven’t heard anything after ordering and never received product.

I ordered a piece for my stroller to be able to take my newborn for walk together with my toddler, it’s a double stroller but we needed the extra piece to make it happen. I e-mailed babysden and only received one reply, I have e-mailed twice after that with no response. The item said it was in stock and it’s been 9 days since my order, they implied it would take 5-10 business days... the item has not been shipped and I did tell them to cancel my order if the item was not in stock. I don’t want to be out over $150+ and order the piece from somewhere else when they haven’t responded.

I’m never using this page again to purchase baby items as they aren’t reliable and won’t even answer my e-mails.

Now I’m stuck with my kids inside while still waiting for them to let me know order status. This is unbelievable.

Poor communication. Ordered a changing tray, no email came through yet the transaction was pending on my card. Now that the payment has disappeared from my card, I assume the transaction has been cancelled but have not received any notification of this from Baby’s Den. I presume they do not update their website when they have sold out of an item and then just cancel the transaction when they get around to it.

Super fast shipping. No tax and free shipping was a plus!!

Came quicker then expected! Very happy with my order.

I highly recommend buying here ! Gave them a call since I didn’t receive a confirmation email. i put it my order on Tuesday and payed two day shipping. Scott was very helpful to fix the issue since I was worried I was not going to get it shipped and even though the current situation going on with the covid-19 he did the impossible to ship my item out as I was needing it ASAP !

Horrible customer service ! Never received my product ! Had to chase this rude people for an answer.
